Kelleys Lake Fork Cottage Bed and Breakfast

Quiet, beautiful, relaxing, rejuvenating. Our hosts were attentive and special. Great location, snuggled nicely in the elbow of the lake. No hesitation to keep it at the top of the list to return.

This place is a wonderful little gem! They have 2 suites that were clean and comfortable with snacks, games and a movie collection. They have a private dock off of Lake Fork right on the property! The dock was very nice with shade, lighting, a fridge, and even a closed in porch area. They offer kayaks and a canoe rentals, there's a jacuzzi, a grill, and the hosts, Mike and Sheryl, were wonderful people. This place was perfect for fishing and taking some time to relax in nature!
We will definitely visit again! 🎣

Great place to stay on Lake Fork. Mike and Sheryl were fabulous hosts. Everything in the house was so clean and the linens smelled great! They provided a great snack selection and coffee, a must before heading out for an all day fishing adventure. Launch your boat from their ramp and know your property is safe at night while you sleep. Also, this spot allows an easy drive to many great local places to eat. If you don’t book here, you have missed out! Thank you for making our first trip to Lake Fork even more special! Perfect place! I spent 2 nights here while fishing a tournament and could not be more please with my stay. The owners are amazing, I felt like I was visiting old friends when I would see them. The room is very clean and updated, I felt very comfortable here. I have a crewcab F250 and a 21ft boat, I was able to launch at their private ramp with no issues. Their place is secure and I did not worry about my boat for one minute while stowed. They have a dock to fish from and the cove is pretty quite. Give them a shot, I don't think you will be disappointing.

This place is truly awesome. The room was superbly decorated and comfortable. Hosts provided snacks and I really enjoyed the English muffins. Nice touch. You can walk down to the dock and fish or even hire Mike as a guide. I recommend the nearby golf course restaurant for lunch or dinner. Also great golf course. Nothing better than golf and fishing close by.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. I’ve never slept so comfortably away from home. Awesome, soft bedding. Kitchenette fully functional with everything you can think of! Pots and pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowls and wine glasses! Mini fridge stocked with condiments, juices and fruits! Fresh flowers on the table, towels, washer and dryer! Kayaks and canoe for fishing. Awesome deck with lounge chairs that we took advantage of! Hot tub on their patio and swing. Enjoyed watching the deer graze on the property and sunrises/sunsets on the dock. Great experience! Couldn’t ask for any better. Definitely will be coming back! Beautiful setting by the lake. Comfortable, cozy, accommodations. Refreshing drinks and fun snacks. Very tranquil, stayed for several days and felt so rested. Golf right across the street, great restaurants and antiquing not too far away. If you’re looking to get some peace and tranquility not too far from the big city, this is your place!!!

Mike and Sheryl were awesome! We stayed in the Bay Suite and it was perfect. Clean, updated, snacks, coffee, mini fridge, towels, W/D, etc. Literally everything you need! They checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and were so friendly. We will be back!!

My family and I spent Christmas break here.... And it was awesome. We rented the entire upper floor and we had more that enough space to fit the 6 of us. I brought my bog, Monkey, who loved the acreage there along the waterline. The leaves had all already fallen so you could hear the deer in the evening and at dawn and your far enough away from the city to actually see stars. The B&B owners Sheryl and Mike were super accommodating and you could tell they were proud of what they had put together. I think they really enjoy it out there and enjoy letting others ecperience what they get to wake up to every morning. Monkey and their dog Harley had a great time running around together. The attention to detail had clearly been given some serious thought and we are definately going to be back.

I mainly go to Fork to fish. The accommodations were fantastic! Private ramp and very secure. Also had electrical outlets. Definitely a place I will return to. Owners were very nice and accommodating.

Did not have the privilege of staying over night, but we pulled out of some rough stormy lake water, and the Kelley’s let us leave the boat on the shore and use the ramp once we got the trailer. They are kind people, and genuine life saver.

Great place to stay! Right on the lake with easy access with a boat. The room was very comfortable and they provided anything you could need! Great stay!
