Awful lot of bad reviews for years gone by, it seems, but I thought I'd let everyone know things are great at the 5th Avenue location now! I have been a customer for a year and a half now and have never had any issues. These people are very nice, helpful and professional! Yes, you will probably pay more for items thru leasing rather than outright retail purchases. But that is how it works, and everyone knows that! As with ANY business, you will get calls and emails if your payments aren't made on time. You have possession of merchandise you don't technically own yet because your lease is still being paid! Why get offended by that? But if you reach out to them and let them know the situation and that you are going to pay and when, they will work with you without complaint or incident. Be an adult about your responsibilities, and you will have pleasant experience here! This is a wonderful company to work with.

This is a great location! The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in ensuring the right range of products to fit ones needs and budget. I really like the ability to manage all of my lease agreements online and submit payments as well. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this location. I have leased and paid for a gas stove, washer and dryer combo, and will be paying off my living room furniture shortly.

The accounts manager is great to work with if you need an extension or payment over the phone. Highly recommend this place for lease to own. Big selection of merchandise and if they don't have it they will get it for you.

Thanks, Aaron's! Your inability to market to the appropriate demographic has provided me with teaching material for my children. The lessons they are learning are quite valuable, especially the one about leasing a tv for 24 months at $80/mo (which turns out to be $1920) versus purchasing the same for $387 at Walmart.

Absolutely amazing customer service I got my new apartment double-stacked washer and dryer love it works amazing highly recommended this place for the best customer service and anything in your needs for home decor

We have been getting our furniture and appliances from Aarons for almost 4 years now. Darion is always the most helpful and I trust him to pick out any item for me and have it delivered without question. I highly recommend giving him a call. They have always promptly and efficiently provided service or answered any questions when needed.
