Came out, pumped out my septic tank, very professional. They did their job above and beyond what was expected. The lady who answered the phone, which is Billy‘s wife was very nice and courteous.

Recently needed field lines installed. After getting the permit, I sent it to Billy's and one other company. Billy actually came out to my house to look at things even though they already had the permit from the health department stating the location and size of the lines. He took the time to call and make sure I wasn't over a certain gallons per month of usage to make sure we wouldn't have issues in the future. He then beat the price of the other company by approximately $800.00. Lines were installed in about 6 hours and I was really impressed with how smooth he left the back yard after digging 3 60ft long trenches. 100% would use this company again.

Needed a whole new septic system installed. I decided to go with Billy’s septic. Boy was o glad I did. Very professional work and a great price as well. If you need any septic/field lines work done, look no further. Billy is your guy. Absolutely happy with his work.

The owner came out on a saturday morning for me to pump out my septic tank and was exceptional, did the job, explained a few things to me, and answered all questions I had, i would highly recommend him.

I met Billy the owner while he was working on a house down the street. I saw that he was working hard on the house. I asked him to come see my house to see what could be done. He was nice initially to assess. I took that as a good thing. I was desperate and needed my field lines fixed ASAP. I worked to get the permit done based on what Billy told me. The permit was complete and I was asking when he could start the work. His person who answered the phone then stated that he would be out Friday now being Wednesday to “measure” my yard to see what could be done. There was excuses given that I had to “move my gas line” and I would have to find out where my water line is before anything could happen. It was also indicated that Billy was booked up and could not do anything for a week or more. I have been restricting my septic for 10 days. Yelled at at me in front yard when I said I was going with someone else! Never had that happen to me ever! Will not recommend!! Who yells at someone in a desperate situation when all I want done is getting my stuff fixed. This is not a cheap fix either! Bad business! Told me yeah he works for a living. What do you think I do for a living Billy? I work too!! Billy said he would have to remove my fence because his tractor would not fit. The other service I am going with found a solution without having to destroy my fence. I understand that I didn’t have time to “call” Billy to inform him but still yelling at me on my front lawn and preaching to me that you work for a living is some utter BS! I work my tail off too Billy!

talked with Billy's wife on the phone spoke with her about scheduling appt. for a Friday to get septic tank pumped out I did not have the money in the bank acct . until the following Friday she said that was ok they would hold the check for me not a problem they came out and pumped the septic tank down and Billy pushed my check through the same day costing me alot more money I will not recommend them to any one nor will I use them ever again they are liers. they didn't even wash the tank down when they done the last company I used even washed the tank down.

When my wife called to get prices on pumping out and do a inspection on my septic tank the woman who answered was very rude to my wife both times talking to her. My wife finally had enough of if and told her not to worry about it that we will find someone else. Will never recommend or use this company.

Very rude to my mom? Why? Just hang up the phone on her too.....nope this is AL! lil respect goes a long way.
