IncaAztec Self Storage - 15th St.

I came from across the country and initially went through the rental process online at the 15th St locale. However, since my arrival and move in date were on a Sunday, the 15th St locale was closed on Sundays...so I made a call to the facility, where a lady answered my questions about what to do concerning starting my lease and move in on a day in which that building is closed. 15 mins later, I get a phone call from the manager DeeDee. Ostensibly, my situation had been passed on from the lady I spoke with to her manager, as DeeDee had been out of the office when I called. DeeDee offered to transfer my lease to the Chesapeake Ohio facility, which is also close by, giving me access to a 24 hr facility and also a discount for the initial month. Not surprised tbh...I moved back to the region because of the people. Exactly as expected.😌
