A little tricky to find but delicious! It's in the food court of the Reagan building. Go through security then downstairs. Hershey's ice cream is always great and amazing cookies.

This place had the best cookie I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was mouthwateringly delicious, and their mint chip ice cream was divine. If I ever come back to DC again I’ll be sure to get extra.

I use to go to Larry's as a kid in Richmond Va @ the 6th st Market place. Now i drive to DC as a adult. They still taste the same i❤❤❤it. Now my kids are hooked
