First of all when you call you get arrogant black people on the phone that’s only at the job to tell the world on social media what position they work. I first talk to blake who every question you ask her she just don’t know. This ladies only concern was if she’s being talk to nicely after a customer gets frustrated with her every response being “I don’t know.” She then puts Al Terry on the phone who was pre warned that she felt she wasn’t being talk to with respect and he automatically gets on the phone with a tone that was absolutely unacceptable. How was your employee upset when the customer is frustrated by her skill set of not being able to resolve or come to a solution in general. Al Terry refused to give me any information on my concern at hand and actually told me that he was disconnecting the line. This is putting me under extreme distress and depression at this point that you have people put here that is only concerned of their position and not willing to help. That’s a scary site to even know that someone like that holds those kinds of positions.

The one star is only because they do pick up the phone occasionally. Otherwise central records is useless . In the past I was given an professional explanation ,the patience & kindness to the point of understanding . Having a love one incarcerated is devastating ,understanding the process of their time & getting answers is so very helpful . But not now their only answer is we can’t help you . Why answer the phone to begin with !! So very frustrating !!!!
