The staff was incredibly helpful but not pushy nor did they constantly follow me around. When I would pass by they would ask if I “was still ok or did I need any help”. They were helpful in researching something that was bought a few years ago to see if the furniture was still being made as well as a quick delivery of the furniture I bought. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for good quality furniture. They have different styles and price ranges for everyone!

It was a great experience beginning to end. I was greeted by Martha and asked if she could help me with anything. I told her I wanted to see their selection of bedroom sets. She pointed them out to me and left me to look at the furniture at my own pace. She wasn’t far behind when I had a question. They helped my husband load the truck and the pieces were very well packed. The furniture is high grade and very heavy. Good that it’s good quality. Bad cuz it was heavy taking it to the second floor but it was worth it.

This was my first visit and I am really impressed. This is truly a family owned and operated business. People are friendly, knowledgeable and are willing to take time with you to find just what you want or they can have it built just the way you want. This is not your "mass produced" furniture. If you want something special this is the place.

They are friendly.I have bought several things from American Oak an it's such nice furniture.I like that you can look around an they don't follow you,but when you need help there right there to answer your questions.Its definitely a family feel there.I like that.

They have what you want . I was very pleased . The owner helped me out and took his time and never pushed me into buying something . They are real genuine people , Family owned. They sale quality furniture . I never felt like I was dealing with a salesperson who was just there 9 to 5. They have a great selection . The Amish Furniture is exactly what I was looking for . It will be furniture that my Great Great grandkids can enjoy and even further on if they want to keep it in the Family. If you’re looking for furniture that you can’t find in a big retail box store, American Oak and more it is American Built !

My experience at American Oak and More was awesome. The moment I walked in I was welcomed, I told them I was looking for den furniture and was pointed in the right direction and told to let them know if they could answer any questions for me. They allowed me to browse without any pressure. After a while, Cothee came up to me to be sure I was finding the furniture I had in mind. I began asking questions . She was so helpful and patient with me as I narrowed down my final

I love shopping at American Oak & More. There is a no pressure atmosphere and their employees are very polite and helpful in finding the perfect pieces you need. Delivery is quick and easy and they make sure placement is exactly where you want it before leaving.

From the moment My wife and I walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly smile and even a measuring tape in case we needed one. We enjoyed having the freedom of looking throughout the store without being pressured. Ultimately we made our selection of two pieces and were very pleased with the availability in their HUGE warehouse and the quick checkout process.
