I am really appreciative of my experiences here the last few years. I have always felt welcomed and appreciated by the staff here. I am especially appreciative of Jae. She has gone above and beyond to help me with the items I have purchased. Her and Daphne have been very helpful and shown true customer service in all of my dealings. Jae truly exhibits the highest quality of care and is always willing to help. Much thanks.

My partner and I frequent this location often. The staff here is beyond amazing. It’s become OUR store because of how much they take care of us as we build our collection. Stop by, they’ll make you feel at home. 10 stars!

No clue what these reviews about the terrible customer service is about. I had an amazing experience from the moment before I even set foot in here (they opened the door for me). Grace was amazingly helpful and so sweet. Phenomenal store and staff.

One of my favorite locations. The staff there is fantastic. Even the security guard is wonderful. The store has a wide selection, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Parking here is challenging. However, they accommodate by partial validation, which I appreciate at parking garages.

Third time in this store, always calm, unobtrusive. Much appreciation to Shanika for caring and respectful attitude. Such a pleasure! Hope to return soon.

Outstanding customer service. Store led by Loni and her team did a fabulous job in communicating and explaining the differing qualities on diamonds, gold colors which is better yellow, pink or white.

The store is very beautiful. An incredibly attentive, polite, and extremely proper woman greeted us at the door. She was so great. She took our name and showed us to the engagement rings. They must have gotten very busy at that moment. Someone came to assist us, and then went to finish up with another guest. My day hadnt been the best, so my patience was short. As i began to get upset and prepared to leave, the woman that greeted us came over. She immediately calmed me down, and got us assistance right away. Lonnie came and let my wife try on the ring she had her eyes on, then gave us lots of information. As we exited, the woman who greeted us offered kind words and was so attentive. The prices were unbelievably low for the outstanding quality of the jewelry here. We live nearly an hour away, and there are many jewelers and even some Tiffany stores along the way. For the outstanding job the wonderful woman that welcomed us into the store, im so sorry i didnt get her name. For her, we will return to that store and make our purchase there. Refined, attentive, pleasant as can be, she is truly a rare and exquisite employee.

I came to drop off items to be polished. It was my first time and I didn’t do my homework on the process. The person that took my items was gracious enough to get it expedited so I could pick them up the next day, since I’m from out of town. Long story short, I couldn’t make my way over until the morning after they would be ready, when I was leaving, and I was in such I hurry I didn’t notice an item was missing until I got home and unpacked the items to put them away. I called, they looked, and found the item. They mailed the package, and even included a handwritten note apologizing for letting me go without handing me all the items. I also purchased a necklace that I can’t wait to receive, and the process was awesome, Akita was awesome! Definitely will be coming to this store whenever I’m back in town and in the market for another item.

Two part story: For Christmas my boyfriend bought me a bracelet from Tiffany’s online but it ended up being a little small, so we decided to go into the Chevy Chase location to exchange it on New Years Day. Before going in, I also had in mind that I might exchange the bracelet for a different bracelet altogether or a necklace. When we arrived we were greeted by a nice woman who told us she would bring a sales associate over to us and one came over pretty quickly. My sales associate’s name was J. Castillo. My issue with our sales associate was that she didn’t seem very warm or inviting. I believe that when it comes to customer service, you have to be overly nice and inviting to make clients feel like you truly care about their needs. Her demeanor pretty much made me feel I should just quickly handle whatever I needed to do and get out of there. When I decided what I wanted, she put in the the pouch and box and did not offer to rewrap the box. We also purchased a coffee table box and she didn’t offer to wrap it either. I personally think that she should have at least offered to rewrap the jewelry and box and wrap the book because that would have been good/usual customer service to me. I just didn’t feel like my business mattered there. My mom bought jewelry, perfumes, and colognes from this location when I was a kid and I remember the service being better.

The next day, I go to the City Center location because the necklace I ended up getting wasn’t as long as I would have liked. I didn’t try it on in the Chevy Chase location because my sales associate turned me off. My sales associate at the City Center location was 10x better. Her name was Nathalie and she put different chains on me to help me see what would be best for me. She offered me a place to put my coat. She gave me the option to get a custom length chain if I didn’t like the ones that originally came with the necklace. She was very conversational and helpful. Truly accommodating and sweet. I will be coming back to her again! Nathalie was everything and more that the first sales associate I experienced was not.

This place has fantastic service. It’s one of Tiffany’s newest locations, so is probably the nicest in the area. It really is beautiful.

Ask for Christina N. She takes amazing care of you. She incredibly patient and has fantastic follow-thru. If she says she will do something, she will work until she gets it done!

I met some of my friends there and experienced champagne and a tour with the amazing Director, Brandon. Not sure what impressed me more, the immaculate design/ decor or his amazing shoes. Enjoyed learning about the new collection, fabulous eclectic design, the sustainable classic, traditional pieces. Love the new accessories collection, bags, glasses etc. Please visit the DC location, immaculate service, attentive, personable care. You'll leave with a smile.

I came into the store for a last minute gift. Nathalie was SO helpful and very professional. They did not have the item I was looking for in stock so she called around to different stores and would not hang up with the other store until she had confirmation from them that they did have it in stock before I drove to the other location.

Yesterday I visited the City Center location to have my bracelet properly sized after receiving the order via mail. I had the best customer service experience with Umay Khan. Umay approached me in the waiting area in a timely manner, she greeted me by name, and addressed my concern with my Tiffany T wrap bracelet right away. Umay is extremely personable, she was patient and we shared many laughs during our encounter. I can’t wait to come back to pick up my piece, I have total and complete trust that I will be satisfied. Working with her was seamless and I look forward to making more purchases in the future.

Very nice boutique, beautiful and in prime location. The staff are very nice and welcoming, very professional and impeccably dressed. As today is their soft opening day; I just had a quick tour inside, but I will definitely come back again.
