Great selection, but long shipping times.

I read the reviews online and was nervous ordering from them. So I messaged customer service to inquire how long an engraved bottle would arrive. They emailed me back promptly and courteously. I placed my order and received my order within a week.

ReserveBar did a great job creating engraved bottles for our corporate gifting program and even engraved our logo on bottles with a message. Janet in their customer service was helpful and friendly. I have ordered gifts for family and for myself and never had an issue. I love their service and highly recommend them.

Ordered the Limited Batch Release. Sassenach fir our anniversary.

Ordered a bottle of high end scotch with custom engraving for a friend's 50th. The site had many high end options to choose from, and the custom engraving made it a lot more special than just buying a really nice bottle. Shipping was quick and convenient. So much so that I ordered some bottles for myself (sans the engraving)!

ReserveBar is awesome! Definitely my go-to site for purchasing special occasion gifts for family and friends. I also use ReserveBar to send clients their favorite spirits throughout the year. Love that RB will custom engrave the bottle for that special impact. Incredible selection and very responsive customer service.

Bought a bottle for a friend when I couldn't make his bachelor party. Was nervous using the site cause my friends were staying at an Air B&B and I wasn't sure if it would get there in time. The tracking was perfect and I could track the bottle all the way to his door. Everything was on time and my friend was blown away. Thanks Reservebar!

Ordered a Casamigos bottle for some friends that live out of town. I was a bit nervous due to reading the reviews and not receiving shipping updates. Nonetheless, my friends did end up receiving the bottle within 4 days of putting in the order. Although I never received any shipping information, I was told by one of the gift receivers that the email updates were going to his email because I had created a virtual gift message. After reading the reviews, I would probably only order bottles that are well known but my experience with ReserveBar was not bad at all. (4/5)

After a month of back and forth, being told "it will ship by the end of the week..." "we had to split your order but it will ship by the end of the week" "part of your order was canceled the rest will ship..." I think you get the idea. I had to request a full refund.
No information was provided until/unless I called them. Online chat was useless.
When you do call in the staff are good folks. The information they have is useless.
It's a shame because according to the website, they had some hard to find whiskeys at fair prices. I have been looking for a good service. Still looking...
Update: For my troubles, they sent me a $75 credit. I immediately placed the order for one of the bottles I failed to obtain. It took about a month, but that order came through. IF you can't get it right the first time...

If I could provide a negative star, that would be generous. Ordered an item 10 days before Christmas, which should have been shipped 2 days later and now were 6 days into January and it still hasn't shipped. Reached out to ReserveBar on multiple occasions and when I FINALLY received a reply, I was advised that if I wanted to cancel the order, I should refuse acceptance of the delivery (whenever that happened to be) and then I would be charged for return shipping plus and additional charge. That's the response provided by Khanya in there Customer Experience department. Disappointing to say the least.

Worthless. A 1.7 star company sent my order to be fulfilled by a company with only a slightly higher review score who then shipped it (supposedly) by a company I've never heard of with an even worse 1.3 star review score. After 3 weeks of no tracking updates, no one can provide any information nor do they seem willing to cancel and refund. Looks like I've have to dispute the charges.

TERRIBLE customer service. I made a pre order.. asked them if I could cancel the order. They responded and said they successfully canceled the order and since it was a pre order I will not be billed. 2 weeks later I was billed by them (wasn’t a light purchase may I add).. I contacted them and said I canceled that order and they billed me anyway. Their response was basically “oops” slow communication and don’t seem to take it very serious. If you’re unable to cancel an order just say so. But don’t put me out 450 buckaroos 2 weeks after telling me you’ve successfully canceled my order.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. I placed an order and checked out with ApplePay, and my credit card was charged immediately. I received no email confirmation. A week later, I tried contacting the company to inquire about the status of my order, which was placed for a Christmas gift. There is no option to speak to a representative and you can only leave a voicemail. I left voicemails three days in a row with no call back. I can't track the order with the order number since they never sent an email confirmation (and YES, I've checked my spam folder thoroughly.) I posted a message to their website and only got an auto message saying it will take several days for them to respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm contacting my credit card company and asking them to reverse the charge due to fraud.

Do Not!Do Not buy from this place. They don’t have the products they sell. They work with other stores to get products shipped. You’re out of luck if they send you the wrong item and they do that often. Customer service is nonexistent. They don’t answer the phone and none ever calls you back. Someone different answers the emails every time and that is when they do answer. This is by far the worst website that I’ve purchased anywhere from let alone alcohol. I had used them in the past and they were ok when they sold and shipped the items themselves. Buyers beware and shop at your own risk!⛔ I would give it minus 4 starts if I could.
