425 Mass Apartments

I've lived at the 425 Mass Ave Apartments for the last three years and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! One of the highlights of my time here has been the concierge team, in particular Brianna and Yolanda, who I interact with almost everyday and are always professional, courteous, and ready to assist. The wonderful management team and maintenance staff are always on point with keeping everything running and addressing issues as soon as they come up. Combining all of that professional service with all of the building's amenities (and special events for residents) while having DC at your doorstep make 425 Mass Ave a wonderful place to live. I'm truly grateful to live here and I look forward to many more years here in the heart of DC!

I have lived on 455 I (eye) St for a couple of years now and have truly been thankful to the great maintenance team. Every time I have needed anything fixed, I have gotten fast responses and solutions. I want to do a special shout out to David and Esteban who I ran into and in that same instant were nice enough to just come over and fix my curtains. Always willing and helpful team!

401 Mass is a great building. I especially appreciate the friendly front desk staff, especially Brianna who works in the mornings. I am excited to utilize the buildings new spaces post renovation.

I live in the 401 side and the concierge are the best, specifically Brianna, who works the M-F AM shift, and Gabriel, who works the weekend AM-PM shift. Bri is always friendly and attentive and has brought packages up to me or had them ready for me at the desk, which is so appreciated! She goes out of her way to make sure that the residents feel accommodated. The dogs and residents love her and she’s always a friendly face to see when I start my workday! On the weekend, Gabriel always has my packages ready for me after I return from walking my dog - the extra effort goes a long way. Overall living at 401 Mass is great but the friendly concierge team are my favorite part about living here!

David is the most lovely and helpful maintenance person I have ever had! He quickly fixed my problem and had such a positive and kind attitude when doing so. He definitely goes above and beyond for this building and it shows.

I have lived here almost 2 years now and have had a great experience. The building is great - clean, well-maintained and quiet. Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. Location is great. Couldn’t be happier.

Arif was incredibly helpful and prompt. He arrived that same day to complete our service request and quickly resolved the issue when a piece of jewelry fell down the drain in our sink.

I have been living in the 401 building for almost a year, and have no complaints! I have lived in the area for almost four years, and this is by far the best building/management/staff I have experienced. June responds to emails immediately to provide clarity, and is always so kind. The front desk staff is PHENOMENAL - Brianna is incredibly helpful and personable, always checking in and saying hello. Brianna and Yolanda both make an effort to know residents and their associated unit numbers. The maintenance and janitorial staff is also incredibly kind and hardworking. The amenities and service are unmatched.

The maintenance staff are very friendly and prompt with any requests submitted. The location, rooftop amenities, and cleanliness of the building are all great. Very happy to be living here and definitely recommend!

I have lived at the 425 complex for almost 3 years and moved in at the recommendation of a friend that also lives here. June the GM is the absolute BEST. Anytime I’ve ever emailed her, I’ve received IMMEDIATE responses. Each and every single time unless she had an OOO. The concierge team with Charles, Brianna, Yolanda are outstanding. Johnson & Ashley on the leasing team are always helpful and kind when you see them around the building. Every single person on the service team has carried the utmost hospitality when visiting your unit. Most importantly, it’s the best residential rooftop pool in the city! Beyond a great location in the city, you can entertain yourself with the rooftop amenities and meeting people in the building.

I have been a resident here for a little over two years, and have loved my time here. What makes it so great more than anything is the staff. The general manager June, the leasing team, the maintenance team, and especially the front desk concierge team. I live in the 401 tower, and Brianna is absolutely amazing, along with Yolanda and Gabriel. I order a lot of packages, and they always ensure that I receive all of them. I was sick with COVID, and Brianna and Yolanda were so nice to bring my packages to my door so I didn’t have to leave my apartment. They all are just the best, I don’t know what I would do without them!

David Estoban is wonderful and always does a great job with maintenance for our apartment. He’s kind and efficient.

Alex and Sam knew exactly what to do when they showed up for my maintenance request. They were very communicative about what was wrong, and they let me know to reach back out if it was not working right. Thank you!!

Perfect location and well-maintained building, but it's the staff that makes this a great place to live. The leasing office is always super responsive and service requests are taken care of quickly and easily - thank you to Arif especially with my recent request, but every service team member has also been nothing but friendly and efficient since I moved in awhile back. The 425 Mass staff do go above and beyond to make sure everything is right with your home, which is very appreciated!

Wanted to give a special shout out to David the service tech at 425 Mass. He is always friendly and prompt! Such a great soul and he did a wonderful paint job in my foyer! Give him a raise!!

I've lived in the 425 Mass community for almost 6 years now, and it really is a wonderful place to live. The staff are very friendly and attentive to residents' needs, especially June, the lovely property manager. When I have an issue that requires maintenance, it gets fixed that day. The common areas are attractive, and the rooftop is one of the best in the city.

Keep up the good work 425 Mass!
