Leticia was so helpful! I came in on a weekend visit not expecting to buy anything and not being very familiar with the brand. Leticia was so pleasant and chatty and we got to talking and I ended up buying one of their classic silver and gold rings. I will definitely be visiting next time I am in the area!

Purchased a couple of items for a graduation gift. The great experience began with a call to the store and speaking with Chastity. She was so amazing and very helpful! When I arrived I was greeted by Tahir. He was equally as nice. Many thanks to Maurice and Nicole for all their time and expertise in helping me find the right pieces. Nicki gave great instructions on arriving and parking. We were offered bottled water shortly after walking in and checked on multiple times during our wait.

They had one ring in stock that my partner and I could view. Sized us and brought out champagne as a congratulations. Provided a date they will contact us once the special order turn around time is confirmed as my size in the desired design is sold out system wide. Great customer service and experience. 5 Stars.

We loved it. Very professional. Wasn't pushy It was a wonderful experience. They even offered us champagne and water. If you ever stop by , make sure you talk with Christina Nauert . She's the Brand Ambassador and Wedding Specialist for the store. I look forward to picking out my fiance's engagement and our wedding rings with her.

Had a really good experience here with SA Nicole. Overall the store is much nicer and has a better amount of jewelry and the employees are nicer than the Tyson’s location.

David Yurman is a 5 star experience. The location is upscale. The jewelry is amazing. The customer service is beyond awesome. The best part about David Yurman is the sales reps anticipate your needs on many occasions. Recently, I called the location to inquire about an item, the item was not in stock. The representative stated it could be ordered. I was not sure if I was going to purchase the item so I declined ordering it. However, a few days later, I decided to visit the store to order the item in person. Not only was the item there, it was being held for me. This store is located in a mall with plenty of free parking.

Gregory Michael, the brand ambassador helping me today was terrific and very patient, helpful, and kind. I look forward to working with him in the future
