Corner Bakery

This bakery was so reliable. Especially for those that may not be sure what they want for breakfast. We had planned to go to another breakfast place but after we found it surprisingly closed, we found ourselves here!
The line looked long initially but it moves fast. The menu is easy to see and there are plenty of egg, sandwich and drink options to choose from. The prices I thought were lower than expected and the place operated in a sort of "Panera Bread" way where you pay first, choose a table, eat and then leave.
The basic bagel, and other meals were what you would expect, reliable and flavorful. The service was great with them trying to find what we wanted the most from our descriptions.

Great selection of quick breakfasts. Grab and go breakfast sandwiches, plates, and yogurt parfaits. Hot and cold brew coffee and tea, espresso, Lattes, macchiato, and cappuccinos. The Wild Berry iced tea and blueberry topped French toast can't be beat.

Food is hot and tasty. It’s a hopping place with a lot of business people grabbing to-go food and coffee.
They will bring the food to your table so no standing waiting for it. You get what you pay for so no waitstaff (other than table delivery), food served on paper plates, and plastic silverware. But good food at cheap price. My scrambled eggs, avocado plate was $8.99.

Service was fantastic, everyone working there was so helpful and friendly. Both the cashier taking our order and the server bringing our food went above and beyond to help us and our little toddler. The food was so fresh. Will definitely return the next time we're in DC!

Friendly, fast, and amazing food! Best quick bite in the area! Also, a surprisingly large menu; there’s something for everyone!

Lovely place in a great locations.
Been several times in the past years and always been served promptly and nicely.
They bring you order to the table which is great!
Plenty of seats, with comfortable couches as well.
Menu is a mix of nice american diner stuff and italian fares.
Bathrooms always very clean!

Nice Cafe with good selection of pastries and egg for breakfast and lunch. We had ham sandwiches and omellette that comes with bread and a cup of fresh fruit. Loved it!

Cinnamon roll is also good. The Coffee is just average. But for warm breakfast we are happy!

Great little cafe! Coffee was delicious and a lot of tasty breakfasts options. I’m also a huge fan of coffee shops where I can people watch, so this spot was perfect!

There were 5 of us and our order ended up missing 2 meals BUT, it was made right immediately. Everyone was full and satisfied with our meals.

Excellent place, excellent option for the price. I couldn’t even finish my chicken pasta . Totally recommended. Also the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Such a cute atmosphere with such kind people! I personally loved their strawberry lemonade and bacon,egg and cheese sandwich! The bacon was amazing! Really good prices also, we were surprised with it being in DC

Delicious food, fast service, and great seating area. We visited toward the end of the day and the staff walked around offering free cookies to everyone at closing time!

Great place to eat while trying to warm up!! Sandwiches, soups, salads, and delicious bake goods. Every staff member that we encountered was 10/10! The cashier lady was very warming to my son who is shy and indecisive. She helped us figure out what was the best choice. The food was amazing!!!!!!!!! Would definitely eat here again. ***Plus side…very very close to the White House***

While staying at the Willard, we stopped by for a quick breakfast a couple of times. It was "good enough" and didn't cost $20 each. I liked it more than my husband did. The fruit and bagels were fresh. The staff was friendly and it is a very popular place at certain times of day.

We came here every morning for breakfast. Great prices and delicious food.

First time dropping a review, honestly impressed. I can see myself coming here regularly if I lived close by.

Had a great experience with my family. There were seven of us traveling together, which is sometimes a challenge at some restaurants. Here at the Corner, even with a lunch crowd, we were able to order food quickly, and find seating as well. The food was served warm and tasted great. The prices were also not outrageous with the portions of food received. Would recommend the cafe for anyone.
