One of the best places to grab a quick breakfast if you want quiet in the morning or a fast lunch during the day. And yes this is the same Paul bakery you’ll find in Paris.

My favorite was the blueberry tart but they stopped making it a few years back, but I still love the prosciutto sandwiches. This morning I had a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and my friend had the ham and cheese one. We finished with pistachio and raspberry macaroons.

It’s a great place for a quick bite to eat, and quiet first thing in the morning.

Love, love, love this place. Is it a little pricey? Yes. But this is DC and the quality is fantastic!! Seriously…best almond croissant I’ve ever had. The sandwiches rival what I ate when I lived in Germany and the coffee is very good. There’s also seating available both inside and outside. I would go here every day if I could! It’s probably for the best that I don’t live nearby but I wish I did!

If you like Coffee and pastries, this is one of many locations you can stop by and relax. Coffee / late I had was good size and dinning in you are served with a nice mug. Also had almond chocolate croissant and Danish Cheese Croissant. Both were great!!!

Wonderful bakery and sandwich shop on the corner of 13th and K.

Worth a stop and visit. Varied options (both sandwiches and bakery items) available for your enjoyment.

Delicious, great set up and seating and a warm and friendly staff.

Fabulous corner French style coffee shop. Stylish decor without blaring music for a change. I ordered an almond croissant and a latte. Both items were excellent. The service was fast and friendly. I would return on a future trip to DC!

I had a great experience at Paul Franklin. I was extremely excited about the diverse options of sandwiches, salads, pastries and more. I went on a double date there which was great. They have plenty of seating and space to get work done if you’re looking to study.

Perfect place to pick up some higher quality baked goods for breakfast. Everything we tried was amazing and clearly freshly prepared. It makes the Panera down the street seem like a halfway house. My wife absolutely loved this bakery and we will definitely eat here again when we’re back in town.

Had a lovely breakfast at PAUL'S that included a veggie quiche with salad and a delicious mocha!! The mocha was certainly the highlight of it all. I want to go back just to have another one.

As we were trying to decide what to order, we were offered 2 of the mini chocolate croissants. They were DIVINE! The omelette was delicious and the quiche was very good

Amazing breakfast sandwiches! On the heavier side for the price, yes, but you won't regret the crispy bread and amazing stuff inside, no matter which kind you choose. Croissants and desserts go without saying. A good shop of the French chain.

On a Saturday morning when most of the cafes in the area are closed, Paul’s is the place to be. My wife and I stopped by for a quick bite before entering Planet Word, and Claire took great care of us. Their cold brew and pastries are great!

Super friendly and patient staff! got the sausage egg and cheese croissant and it was very crispy and flavorful! The cheese was melted perfectly as well. The cold brew was great too and this might be my new favorite cafe :)

My favorite Paul location of the four in DC I have tried. Staff is always friendly, baked goods are fresh (unlike Farragut) and there is ample wheelchair accessible seating (unlike Georgetown and Mall).
