Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center

I am having a great three day stay here! Lovely staff, large clean quiet room with kitchenette. There is a large grocery store across the street. I saved so much and ate healthier by making my own meals. The breakfast was amazing, best I have ever seen! Best location for the National Gallery of Art. No complaints whatsoever!

I didn't care for the rooms so much. I expected newer rooms. However, the staff and service made up for the antiquated rooms and furniture. From valet, to front desk, to kitchen staff.... they were so awesome! I brought my very large and very loud family here to stay for two nights and we treated so well. I will always remember how Chiquita was helping my father who is blind and wheelchair bound by getting him waters and sitting and talking with him while I was busy with the kids. She made him feel included. Shout out to Dominique at front desk for making sure we had the rooms we needed close to each other. The valet team was super nice and patient! The kitchen staff was so patient and presented an awesome hot breakfast. The location was central to every place we needed to access. Will definitely stay here again.

My Mother and I recently stayed here for a week.The location is great and is close to the national portrait gallery and other museum's and monuments. There is even a Safeway across the street if you want to pick up some groceries. The staff is amazing, they went above and beyond to try to accommodate us and we're very friendly.The breakfast was amazing, the menu changes every day and on the weekend there's waffles which where delicious 🤤. There is also the social on Wednesday at 5:00 and there was food and sodas which was great and the food delicious.There was always coffee, tea, hot water, cocoa mix available for guests.The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and there was pots, pans, plates , cups, fork and knives for us to use. There is a gym as well which was a good size. Mom and I loved this location BETTER than the one on Massachusetts Ave which we stayed at previously. Thanks for everything!See you next time!

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. The hotel staff, especially Tom, the engineer, were outstanding in their responsiveness and efficiency. When I reported a broken gas stove, Tom promptly arrived to fix it shortly after I had informed the front desk. Later in the evening, I encountered him in the elevator, and he inquired about my stay. I mentioned a problem with a clogged sink, and he immediately addressed the issue without any delay. Additionally, when I requested extra blankets, the staff quickly provided two, ensuring my comfort. This was, without a doubt, my best hotel experience to date due to the attentive and swift service. Highly recommended!

Spent a few nights there for a convention. Room was excellent, breakfast was great, and the location was close to the airport and near enough city transportation to go see some sites (and my convention lol). I would stay again!

Great location for working a trade show at the convention center. Short walk just done the street and a handy Safeway across the road. Great staff, say ‘hi’ to Antonece, she’s the best! The weekend breakfast was the bomb, barbacoa breakfast tacos and all the usual continental items too.

Homewood Suites is a fantastic hotel centred in the middle of Washington DC. It was easy to access all the museums and attractions. The buffet breakfast was really good and food was always hot. The staff were very helpful and did their very best to accommodate my needs. If you are heading to DC this is a great choice.

I usually NEVER write reviews, however I can not recommend this place enough. The rooms were pretty nice and the location was convenient for what we wanted to do on our trip. The service, however, was unmatched. I have never come across a nicer staff, they were all incredible.

The staff made our little family feel like VIPs. Angela, Larry, and Shaquita (I hope I spelled their names correctly) were top tier in their roles. I have NEVER had such excellent hospitality. Our road trip from Texas was definitely highlighted by the services received during this stay. We will DEFINTELY stay here again if we make another trip to DC.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Note to management: Please do all that you can to take care of your people. They will continue to make your business flourish and separateyou all from the rest. My Fiancé and me couldn't stop talking to our families about the experience your team provided, because it made our trip feel truly special. It was definitely an amazing start to our Christmas holiday.

I've never made a review before coming to the hotel but I wanted to acknowledge a young lady. I am staying at this location this week and as a Gold member and a frequent Hilton guest I had a few questions since its my first time attending this specific hotel. Not only did Diamond run through all the hotel details but she put notes on my account in the most patient way as this stay is very special to my spouse and I. She was attentive and very ressurancing of the a positive stay. I became even more excited to attend DC because I felt they actual listen to my request and will try their best to accommodate.

I have stayed at these hotels for a few years now because of their travel friendly set up. You get a mini studio set up with complimentary hot breakfast and a evening dinner that isn't too bad. I love that they supply cookware, plates, utensils, and a mini stove and fridge with the rooms. This location was perfect for me. It was so close to everything I wanted to visit: national mall, the DC Wharf, Kennedy Center, airport. The staff was friendly and the hotel smelled so good.

My wife and I visited for the 49ers game.. When we walked into the hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.. Dimond, Julie, Mr Will, and Marcus made our stay there amazing!! Very big thanks to Julie for giving us information on amazing places to eat... Thank you all for being amazing people!!! We look forward to our next visit..

We had a good time there, the staff were nice and helped any person with a question, They had a shuttle and you can go by it to Union center and take the bus or metro to go to any place in the city.

Great place to stay. Great breakfast. Great staff and great location (Metro is just 2 blocks away. Steps away you will find lots of restaurants and even a supermarket crossing the street).
It's pet friendly and some rooms have a small kitchen. Definitely, I will come back

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and professional. They even let me spin a rewards wheel for being a gold Hilton Honors member.

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Every staff person was pleasant. My view from the room was amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. Would definitely recommend this place for the perfect downtown location.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable although a little bit smaller than I thought. Breakfast was awesome, huge selection!

The hotel and service were excellent. The location could be a lot better as it is right on the main street and makes it dangerous when you are getting into an Uber. The grocery store across the street was convenient. Overall, we had a great time and the hotel was very nice and exceptionally clean.

If you don't mind walking you can get to most places...otherwise the metro is right there or Uber. Grocery store is right across street. Staff were above and beyond. They were friendly, helpful and even made my daughters day every day we came back and they made the bed and had put her cheetah and tag blanket all cute on the bed! It was like we were at Disney! Breakfast was amazing with so many options and the staff were constantly changing the food, refilling and making sure everyone had what they needed! The maintenance guys fixing the alarm went out of there way to advice us on the best places to see the fireworks and even wrote down the colors and exact locations of the metro we would need to take! We would definitely come back and recommend this place!
