Hector and his team, Carlos and Henry, did an amazing job in such a short amount of time. They were able to fix very deep holes in the wall and make it look like they never happened (just look at the before and afters!). They were on time, professional and completely cleaned up once the job was done.
And a shoutout to Monica who was super responsive and clear on the administrative end.

I had my newly purchased condo painted by CertaPro and the site supervisors were Herbert and Sandra. The entire process was amazing from start to finish! Sam came onsite and provided me with a competitive estimate to have the work completed. I paid the deposit, emailed the team the paint colors I wanted to use and two days later Herbert and Sandra were in my condo making my vision come to life! They arrived on-time, were extremely nice and reviewed any problem areas or areas they thought I should be aware of at the end of the paint job. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with their work and didn't need anything corrected. I would highly recommend using CertoPro for your paint needs, absolutely great service!

From start to finish CertaPro made our office painting experience easy! This was not a small project, roughly 6,000 square feet of row housing, which means tight spaces and difficult areas.

The crew was experienced, professional, and careful. We had no issues, but it was a nice and reassuring touch to have an awesome onsite supervisor and weekly check-ins with management to ensure everything was being done to the highest standard and on time.

Certa Pro was very organized and easy to deal with, from the initial process of developing a proposal to the prep work to the painting. They were punctual, professional and did excellent work. Sam was our estimator and Kevin ran the job site. They were so easy to work with and did exactly what we needed, giving good advice along the way. They were even available to paint overnight, so it didn't impact my business. Paint job turned out perfect! I will 100% use them again the next time I need something painted.

Great experience from beginning to end. Chauncey was the sales associate who worked with us to provide the estimate and answer our questions/advise on various products and services to meet our specific needs--great communicator and a pleasure to work with. In addition, Nayla was our job site supervisor and she was FANTASTIC. Super kind, patient, communicative, and knowledgeable. She and the two painters working with her did an amazing job on our home (they painted everything--baseboards, walls, ceilings, doors and doorways) and we have ZERO complaints. I should note that CertaPro Painters may not be the cheapest option but they were able to flawlessly execute our vision, which included several drywall repairs and a particularly intricate stairway design. Also, we were on a very tight timeline to have this project complete and they finished EARLY. Highly recommend this company to customers who want as little stress as possible with maximum results.

Had my primary bedroom and bookshelf painted. I am pleased with the outcome. Hector and his team were professional and did a good job putting things back in order. Will use them on future projects.

Top notch quality job with clean crisp edges. Colors came out so smooth. We couldn't be there to observe, so that raised some anxiety. Our building manager said the team was great and had no issues. The professionalism of the service, the photo checkins while we were away, and the spotless cleanup job before we got back was excellent.
