Chicago Marriott Suites Deerfield

Had a large meeting here for 2 days and everything was outstanding. Room was high tech and very conducive to my needs. Staff was great , crew went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. I can’t wait to hold another meeting here .

Restaurant staff was fantastic as well. Took care of all of us on our lunch break . Good food .

Staff and quality are top notch. My room was exceptionally clean and rooms/bathrooms are huge!

I noticed staff has a long tenure at this property which I always value when I stay.

Largest workout room I’ve seen of all the surrounding hotels. Also had new free weights/mats/medicine balls since I stayed last time!

Buffet-style breakfast with vast assortment of food and speciality made-to-order items. Had the salmon dish for dinner and it was great.

Convenient for me located right off I94 less than 20 minutes to ORD. Nestled in an executive business park with lots of natural features (walking trails, ponds, etc)

Highly recommend and will definitely be back for business.

I don’t usually post reviews but after traveling across the country this was one of the best hotels we stayed in. The room was SUPER clean, the beds extremely comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Location is the only thing that gets a 4 since it is a bit out of the way, but in a very well up-kept area which was surprising and very nice. The only downside was we had to use the service elevator due to the other one being broken or construction but still not too much of an inconvenience. If we are ever in the Chicago area or just passing through we would definitely make a little extra drive to stay here again. Should be listed as a 4-5 star hotel. Thanks for a great nights stay!!

It is rare that you find service like the manager, Edward. I can tell you when traveling for work it’s tough to find people who understand it.

More importantly, he clearly exudes the right leadership and service mindset as all of his staff does it too.

Loved everything about this hotel. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me. She was older with long gray hair and glasses and works day shift. Thank you for your help and hospitality! I will stay here again!

The bed was extremely Comfortable. The staff was amazing. The air was broken in my room but thankfully I was able to open my bedroom window. They offered to move me rooms but I declined and just asked for a fan, which they gave me and it worked great with the open window.

Best experience at a hotel. The rooms are super nice bit the service is even better. Loved the bar and our bar tender Nani was the best. So friendly and affordable. We will definitely be back.

Business stay. Somewhat isolated and very quiet. Perhaps 20-25 miles from downtown Chicago in the suburb of Deerfield

Very clean. No problems at all, but I wouldn’t stay here without a car. It’s in an office park.

Gorgeous hotel. The room is clean, updated, and chic. The layout is unique, functional, and pleasantly surprising. It seems like Marriott has listened to their customers. This is a great layout for everyone. I love the jack and jill bathroom. The ability to shut the living room from the bedroom, but still use the bathroom. The wet bar is perfect for families. AMAZING.

I was able to get a huge room at a very reasonable price. This is right by my office in the suburbs and I had two really long back-to-back days and I didn't want to have to drive in the rain to the city.

I just told the front desk person that all I wanted to do was to go and go to sleep and she made sure to put me in a quiet spot. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a personal kudos.

I can't speak to the restaurant or anything else at the hotel because I literally went up and lay down and went to bed and for that purpose it was perfect.

Would love to stay here again. The staff was very, very friendly, and the property is clean and well-maintained. The room is spacious, and the bed + bedding is the nicest of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The TV offers Netflix, HBO, Showtime, YouTube, and Prime Video streaming. Had a very nice stay.

We stayed here a week ago for three days two nights.

Our rooms were extremely clean and the hotel was amazing. It gave you a feeling of elegance. They had a very good buffet in the morning with available fruits and juices.

Everything was thought out and planned and you can tell they took pride in what they did, it really showed. Even though this was a vacation for us we are already talking about another one to this hotel.

Very nice facilities and amenities. Exceptionally comfortable bed and living quarters. Clean, spacious, professional presentation and service. Accommodating front desk staff helped our group check in early for a wedding party which was much appreciated. Would recommend!

Loved my stay here! My boyfriend and I needed some much needed R&R and ended up staying here for a weekend. The food at the bar is great and the staff is nice and professional. Lynda checked us in and she had great customer service. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the workout room is fantastic, and I loved the bathrooms. Will be coming back!

Stayed here when I had to fly out of O’Hare. The hotel is very nice - front desk staff was very helpful and polite. The room was beautiful and clean. Bar was expensive (expected that though). Overall, had a lovely stay. It’s very clean, quiet and in a great location from O’Hare.

The front desk manager Mr. Evarado was especially nice and professional in making sure that my stay was exceptional. I hope that the Marriott Corporation realizes what a valuable asset he is in behalf of Marriott. He is a wonderful and extremely nice gentleman. "BIG THANKS" for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms were excellent. Staff were perfect with a sense of humor. Overall the hotel was nice and clean with free breakfast and a bar. As well as room service for ordering food. This will be my new to go to spot when I'm in the area

Cool rooms, second time here from Michigan, and I would always get a room here, not in a super busy area, love the rooms cleanliness and chill calm location

Great Hotel. Very Friendly Staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. No waiting on room even though our check in was later . We arrived 1 hr earlier and had no problems. The housekeeping staff did excellent job! Lobby coffee was fresh no matter what time you went. Definitely would recommend this hotel!
