I had a great experience with Life storage. Lakeisha was so helpful. Having my things in storage has been hard. It makes it a lot easier knowing someone hears your concerns and is willing to go the extra mile with great customer service. Thank you Lakeisha and Life storage.

I was warmly received and treated in a professional manner. I saw multiple units to decide what would work best for my needs and was not rushed into making a decision.
The staff is lovely and helpful. I’m looking forward to moving my things into the unit.
(Well, after the hard work that is, lol.)

Everything from the beginning
was fast, well organized and all of the staff were very welcoming. My questions and concerns were answered promptly with smiles & positive attitudes. Most of all, it was clean and had "PLENTY" of flat carts opposed to Ustore. I'm so looking forward to my journey with your company.

The storage is perfect and way more room than I needed. The ladies services were excellent. I had no problem with getting a storage. It only took 10 minutes over the phone, if not less. I believe my belongings will be safe there.

My partner and I had recently went to Life Storage just to see about pricing and their storage size. What stood out was the professionalism we witnessed from manager Michael Spencer. He was so attentive and nice with a great personality, which made our decision easy! We sure left feeling good about using Life Storage for storage.

Renae and Lakeeda were both very professional and kind, they took the time to listen to my needs and help me get the unit that would work best for me. They also gave me warning about seasonal rentals, which I was grateful for. The units look well maintained and secured.

I had the pleasure in meeting Ms. Lakita today. I had a lot of questions since this would be my first time renting a storage and she was very patient with me and was there to answer every question I had. She showed me the size unit so I was sure everything fit. She is great and I hope to see her nice personality around.

My experience with life storage is great Ms.Renae have helped me out a lot with my issue. and I got off the phone happy that my issue was resolved.

The day that I came past life storage the gentleman was very helpful. Tell him when we was ready we would come back to support life storage walked in and seeing him again so we signed up to do business with you all. Lakita and Renae have excellent customer service skills. I will definitely recommend this facility to my friends and others just for the superb customer service that I've received in inquiring for storage space.

I want to rave about the outstanding customer service I received from Micheal Spencer. He provided with great information he was very knowledgeable about your facility. He was pleasant and spoke with a smile. He made me feel very comfortable about coming to this establishment.

Renae was amazing! I came in with my friend and we had a unique situation for our storage needs. Renae walked us through getting a unit and got us signed up so it wouldn’t create any problems on either side. 5/5 will definitely come back!
