Mrs. Felicia from the women's department provided exceptional assistance! When I inquired about more affordable options, she guided me to the Last Act section where I discovered three items from Calvin Klein & DKNY, along with a stylish winter coat. Despite the end of her shift, she went above and beyond to help me. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

(google changed the location, this review is for Philly's MACY's) Probably the most amazing department store in the US.
It has the biggest pipe organ In the world inside with a guy playing it. The building is amazing with an outstanding architecture.
Totally recommended.
Yeah there is also nice sales for top brands.

This review is specifically for Nasi (may have misspelled) in the jewelry department. She was patient and helpful when I was looking to buy a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She was knowledgeable about the quality of the entire inventory and helped me get the best deal.

The staff at the till was chatty and friendly. However, she could have found another way to verify the price of an item we wanted to pay for rather than sending us back to the display to fetch an identical item for price verification.

I just want to give a special shoutout to Chelsea. My phone died and I embarrassingly went into restaurants around and people claimed to “not have phones” or just say “no”. In such an individualistic world she was so so kind and let me use her phone. I am just so beyond grateful for her and was able to get home thanks to her!! Give her a raise give her a promotion give her a bonus!!!

We had a great experience at this Macy’s. Dominlee skipped her lunch break to assist us and spent more than an hour to make sure our issue has been resolved.

Staff in men's wear were polite, personable, and attentive. On site security added a sense of security from chaos on the street. Just a few minutes walking distance from most hotels in the Whitehouse area.

Kudos to the vendor rep who found for me the exact Givenchy parfum that I needed, AND gave me a free gift, PLUS gave me St@r Money, and then I got a prize drawing entry. (If only the rest of DC would be as civilized.)

This Macy's is located at the Metro Center metro station. If you are looking for fashion and American brands, Macy's is the best option. Except clothes you'll find home goods, jewelry, perfumes, cosmetics, and more. Customer service is very good. There is free Wi-Fi.

Prices here can be competitive if you look out for sales as well as the items they have under clearance. Nice environment too.

Came out for the holiday window reveal. We were treated to hot chocolate while we watched performances by Sam Tsui and Keri Hilson and then inside for more. Both did a meet and greet plus samples of whiskey and rum.
There was also a gentleman making hand rolled cigars, a photobooth, and mini grilled cheese with tomato soup. Always great at special events.

Have not been a store since the pandemic and they had beautiful things. I just found it too expensive or maybe lost the shopping vibe.

Whenever we visit DC, we love shopping at Macy's for clothes for the entire family.
