F45 Training Buffalo Grove East

Don't know where to begin. I love how every workout is unique and no two workouts are the same. The community at every workout is great and the training feels like a "team," even if everyone is doing a different exercise in the circuit. The staff do a phenomenal job of motivating you to go harder but also making sure you know your workout limits and don't push yourself beyond your limit. I signed up for F45 to lose the weight that I gained during quarantine and can happily say F45 helped me achieve my goal. Highly recommended for anyone no matter what your goals are.

F45 is amazing. I have been a member since February and every single person I have met here has been nothing less of motivating. They have private showers and are always clean. The workouts leave me sore the next day every time. But this best thing about this gym is the owner and trainers. Kerry will always keep you motivated and her whole team creates an accepting and high energy gym that i look forward to going to.

F45_BGE has been an amazing experience. The studio is always super clean and the owners Kerry and Jim are awesome. The trainers are always there to correct your form and push you to be better. Pull bar, sled and battle ropes are now my favorites (I use to be intimidated by them). Hands down best choice I’ve made training @ F45 . What makes this place special is that every day is a new workout. Awesome addicting workouts.

F45 Buffalo Grove East has fully satisfied my fitness goals. Unique training sessions and attention to detail has been their main focus. Trainers Kelly and Justin have been wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend visiting the studio and achieve your goals.

I was fortunate to be at the opening class and then one on the following day. Fantastic workout and great support by the very encouraging trainers. The owner even followed up with my after the first class to see how it went, which I thought was great customer service. Whatever your fitness level, F45 will give you a challenging working. Super nice people and I highly recommend!

I absolutely love everything about this F45 location, staff and workouts. Super friendly, encouraging, and educated trainers! They knew about my back issues and made sure to correct me with some of the exercises to ensure I do not hurt myself and build up my core and provide modifications when needed. Kerry- you have a great gym and I am going to miss you all as I transition to another location!

After doing F45 in grad school, I was stoked to see a studio opening near me. Everything about this place is amazing, the owner, the trainers, and the whole community push me to work my hardest. The workouts are no joke, and you’ll find them challenging no matter your workout ability. Modifications are available for everything making the workouts super accessible. I encourage everyone to stop in for the trial period and see what it’s all about!

So thrilled with F45 owners and trainers!! I joined knowing I needed something more and this gym delivered. I’ve made great gains physically and mentally. My body has slimmed down. And with the trainers encouragement, I am able to lift heavier 20lb to 38lb dumbbells, heavier deadlifts; jump higher on box jumps are just a few examples. Mentally I’m moving into ‘I Can’ and ‘Weights are Your Friend’.
I love being around like minded people. I have so much fun! I love the workouts!!!

The Trainers are excellent and I really like our training "Team". I feel like I am getting good workouts that are scientifically designed to help me as I age. Totally recommend!

Great place to work out at. I like how the workout is structured, the trainers are motivating and pushing you to do better. Folks at F45 keep each other accountable! Great deal since I need this accountability to get up for the 5:15am class! I do wish they have noon classes on Fridays in case people work from home that day and more classes on Saturdays. From reddits, I heard some f45 location offer stretch class as well...look forward to BG location offering that in the future.

Not sure if all F45 studios are under shutdown. I went to Mount prospect and also Buffalo Grove when google said it’s open, it was locked from outside. This happened multiple times, I wanted to enquire about the offerings they have but looks like I have no luck trying f45 and joining with them. Hope they keep proper updates on Google.
