We were introduced to Pinnacle Worldwide by our financial advisor. We work with Nimisha, and she's been a pleasure to work with both professionally and personally.

Nimisha has an excellent demeanor, and she can support you through the ups and downs. She can also hold you accountable for the things you need to get to her so she can do her job. She takes the time to understand your situation and isn't a "paper pusher." We used to dread when our tax person called because it was usually bad news. The frequency of bad news has significantly decreased since we've worked with her.

Nimisha has excellent knowledge of tax laws (she doesn't practice law, of course) and has real world experience in working with stakeholders on your behalf. I've been on calls where she's supported interactions with other tax professionals. She can navigate through potential conflict well as she operates with humanity and respect. She understands the opportunities you can utilize to minimize your tax liability. She has excellent attention to detail and is able to catch things that some tax professionals may miss.

In addition to her excellent professional skill sets, she is also a kind, funny, and supportive person. She has a demeanor that can calm you, yet still instill a sense of urgency for things you need to get to her. There were several times early in our professional relationship where I was certain she was going to drop us as a client. Fortunately, she was extremely patient and now we've established a routine.

As for the rest of Pinnacle Worldwide, other staff and professionals have been great to work with. They are professional and follow up on things in a timely manner. Phone calls and inquiries are returned quickly, and we never have to follow up a second time for things.
