The office here can be hard to find due to construction. Once inside, the office is pretty disheveled, with boxes and supplies strewn throughout. The people are fantastic, though, and very thorough.

Love using Zipcar. Love location and availability of cars. Downside is the cleaniness of vehicles when returned.

Love it. Nice cars. Can live without having to own a car. Staff is helpful.

Hate: Cars are parked other than their usual spot. Sometimes operators sometimes create confusion.They may or may not pay for taxi if you have to take one if car is not at its usual spot.
