Best personalized service I have ever had at a pharmacy. Great team, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. Just found them recently, but from now on, they will get ALL of my pharmacy business. Highly recommend Fenton Pharmacy on Leroy across from the Fenton Hotel. Thanks for great service!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Fenton Pharmacy! I would give them a 10 if it was available. I live down state in Riverview. I called a pharmacy here looking for a prescription for both my husband and I that my current pharmacy does not have in stock and can't give me any information on when it will be there. I spoke with Adesa (I believe) from Byron Pharmacy who did not have what I was looking for but called around for me and got me in contact with Fenton Pharmacy. She was great to deal with as well. Went above and beyond to help me out! I spoke with Tina yesterday who was beyond friendly and helpful!!! She took her time with me, and followed up with me a couple different times throughout the day. Long story short she got both my prescriptions and having them shipped right to my house so I don't have to drive over an hour to pick them up. Tina was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and happy to help me. Gave me more attention than the pharmacy that starts with a W ever has. I would highly recommend them. If I did not live so far away I would switch all my stuff over today. The customer service is what puts it over the top. I work in customer service and it is very important for the user experience. Sounds like you have a great team here!!! Thank you again for your help Tina!!!! It was such a pleasure to deal with you and can't thank you enough for getting my needs met and even shipping to my house! Already got the phone call today stating they were shipping and should hopefully have tomorrow!!!!

After years and years of going to a diferent pharmacy, i decided i needed a change.

I went. Into Fenton Pharmacy and i liked everyone that works there. The staff is so friendly and always call when my prescriptions are ready.

They all have senses of humor and you can have fun with them when you go in there. In addition to being extremely knowlegable about every med.

Fenton pharmacy hands down is the best pharmacy you will ever find. No disrespect to the pharmacies at Walmart, Target, VG's, or Rite Aid...But, Fenton pharmacy beats all of those stores pricing for your prescription needs and the best part past Fenton pharmacy having the better pricing is the staff not only is accommodating and friendly and goes the extra mile, They offer a special personal touch of paying attention, caring about you and your needs, calling you when the prescription is done and I even sometimes get calls from them reminding me that some of my prescriptions might be low and need to be refilled. Who does that? Not the more expensive pharmacies that have multiple stores and multiple stores throughout our country. Our hometown pharmacy not only beats those stores pricing but offers better service! Do yourself a favor and never go anywhere in the state of Michigan for your prescription needs. Find out what me, my family and friends already know. Not only will you get better pricing at Fenton pharmacy than anybody else in the state of Michigan, you'll get better customer service! Why would anybody here locally in Fenton go to the big brand box pharmacy stores to pay more money and not receive the customer service you deserve? Do yourself a favor next time you need prescription medicine. There's only one place in town for that! Fenton pharmacy!

This Pharmacy has the best customer service I have ever received.
They process orders efficiently and will make contact with Doctors offices for refills and clarifications for you.
They can keep your out of pocket costs down, as well.
The ladies know your name when you enter and are fun to talk with.
I transferred all my scripts from a national BIG store to support this hometown business and I'm very happy I did.
Get my vaccinations there too.

Being new to the area, I was looking for that hometown pharmacy that paid attention to detail, had the time to answer questions, and had the staff to find the best insurance coverage. Fenton Pharmacy has phenomenal customer service and we are so pleased with the pharmacist and her support staff!

I made the switch from a big box pharmacy to Fenton Pharmacy three years ago and it was the best decision I could've made. The staff is wonderful, always so friendly and personable. They always go the extra mile to make sure prescription are filled fast, always on top of when refills are needed, and personally call to remind me about prescriptions being ready for pick up. Would highly recommend!

They helped me get the meds I needed when nobody else could get it.

Fenton Pharmacy is fantastic. They have our prescriptions in stock and if not, it is in the next day. They call when they see we are running low. They alert us if the price for copay is high. They call when a new prescription from the doctor comes in. Very friendly and professional. Excellent service from start to finish. If we could give them 20 stars we would.

Could never say enough good things about Fenton Pharmacy.
The folks there always go the extra mile to make sure my drugs are the correct ones and there are no interactions. Prices are competitive and the drugs are always there when I come to pick them up.
The entire staff knows what they're doing and are always willing to answer questions.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for about six years and customer service with this pharmacy has been top notch! They always figure out a way to get me the best prices and they communicate well. I cannot get this type of service locally in Novi. I’d highly recommend to anyone especially those who would prefer getting their regular everyday prescriptions mailed to them.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff! I would rather spend the extra $10 for my copay than go to Costco for my $3 scripts. They will order anything you need and have great prices. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone who wants a pharmacy that cares about you as a person and not as a dollar $$$.

We have been using this pharmacy for several years now. If you need to have medications compounded down this is the place to go. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to do what ever they can to make sure to have your medications ready on time.

Found them as they make compounds for my daughters medication. Since then I have transferred my entire families scripts to Benzer Pharmacy as they are hands down the best Pharmacy I have ever used. Keep up the good work!

Much better experience than dealing with your typical drug stores. This place is friendly and helpful and I never have to wait. They call me if my meds are not available.
