Family Pharmacy

I’m Ronald Fraley using my wife’s phone sorry. Family pharmacy is great. Been going there for years. I even moved 20 miles away but I still go there. Never a long wait like them chain pharmacies.

I was having some issues with filling my prescription at my long time pharmacy which is meijers on hill Rd...meijer's was always out of stock with my meds and the waiting time to just fill my meds were beyond a long time...I was feed up and so contacted Family pharmacy and a very nice young lady answered the phone and informed me that they could fill my prescription for me and to just have my Dr's office send in the order which I did...I was in total disbelief that 20 mins later they were calling me to come in and pick my medicine up....I arrived at the pharmacy to find a small, clean, and well organized pharmacy with 4 friendly, kind and very professional ladies working..I instantly felt like we all were very old friends and I probably talked theirs ear off...I can not say enough about how wonderful the service and the people are at family pharmacy...I will definitely be using them as my permanent pharmacy... I would gladly recommend Family pharmacy to all my family and friends...

Excellent customer service! I recommend using this pharmacy over Rite Aid who gives the most terrible service of all pharmacies I have ever used, I had a blood pressure medication faxed to Rite Aid and it never got filled 😡 I just called to pick it up as I only have today's dose left and was told I had to contact my Dr for a new prescription that my other had expired and it's been less than a month the prescription was faxed to them. I had this medication faxed to rite aid because it's within walking distance so from now on I will only use Family Pharmacy and will ride my bike if need be. Thank you for being such a great pharmacy to get things done properly Family Pharmacy, I truly appreciate your timeliness and services!

This is a awesome pharmacy. I stopped by twice with questions before switching pharmacies, they were helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Plus they deliver for us elderly.. I switched.

People are very nice, ready to answer any questions. They're fast and efficient. It's a small store so they can put time in to the people they serve. SO MUCH BETTER THAN rite aid and walgreens.

I moved hour away 2 years ago and i still drive that far to pick up my prescriptions every month. I trust them and they know me by name and face. Its like family. When they are concerned they speak up. They always have my prescription ready and waiting. And if theres a problem with insurance they spend that hour on the phone instead of telling you to figure it out. And will give options that will help in time of need. Hands down best place. Prices are very competitive also. Always shop local and small business 1st. Will never go to walgreens pr rite aid or other chain.

I will never use another pharmacy . The staff is caring, the pharmacists are always able to answer any questions, and I have never had to wait longer than 15minutes. I have never been treated with such kindness during my breast cancer battle.

This is a good pharmacy because you can drop your medication script off and they will take it to your house if you can't wait at the store that's a very nice thing they do plus they care for their customers

I will not go anywhere else for my prescriptions... They have gone out of their way on many occasions to get my medicine straighten out from my Dr thank you Family Pharmacy and especially Angie !!
