So far so good! Everyone was super nice! Explained our options and made sure we knew exactly what we were buying. They even bought us lunch while the paper work was getting done! (We were walk in buyers) They delivered the truck to our house the next morning as well!

I took my 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP in with a broken buttress. I knew how to open it but couldn’t get the trunk to open. I took my car to their Buick dealership, so I was sure if anybody could fix it, they could. Sure enough they got her open. The part they needed to fix it wasn’t available anymore so they made the part to fix it. I’m so thankful. If and when I go to buy another car, you can bet it’ll be Randy Wise.

I had a great experience at Randy Wise thanks to a wonderful woman named Noelle! She was amazing! I had some issues going on, and she made sure that I was still able to get a good car. I really cannot thank her enough for everything she helped me with! Honestly, everyone I dealt with was so helpful and answered all my questions. Everytime I went in there it felt like I was with family. I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to buy another new vehicle.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our GMC truck at Randy Wise. Noelle was very responsive right from the get-go following up with text messages and information in the evening beyond her work hours helping to streamline the process as much as possible. They have many finance company relationships but we had our own financing, which added an extra step or two for us, but overall, we were quite pleased with how everything turned out . The vehicle was as advertised and we’ve been happy with it thus far, one week in. I would definitely shop there again for a vehicle.

We've been here a few times already. The first time was when my truck was in the shop for repair from hitting a deer. Matt was the main contact person in the service department for the repairs. He went above and beyond to take care of us. He was the most professional person we have dealt with. Matt kept me updated and informed along the entire way. I could not have asked for a better experience in the body shop. We also purchased our new truck at Randy Wise. Charlie was knowledgeable and helpful along the way. He took care of our concerns quickly and professionally. We would go back to him for another vehicle purchase. Again, Matt from the body shop had to do minor repairs to the new truck. He was just as great dealing with him the second time around. I appreciate the care that we received from these two employees. Thank you!

I couldn’t have had a better experience! Chris, Oliver, Katie and John were all phenomenal. I’m big on customer service and they absolutely killed it. I love my experience in buying my 2020 GMC Terrain. They were great and made me feel like family during the whole process! I went in for my first oil change/ tire rotation and not only did they complete this in a timely manner they also washed my car!!!
