10 out of 10 recommend. My experience was amazing and I’ll be sending anyone I know this way. DAVE is the real deal. I was referred by a friend, but was dragging my feet, because I was already talking to multiple dealerships and assumed every situation was going to be the same. I wish I would’ve called sooner. I thought buying a new car was supposed to be hard. But this experience was anything but that. I got in touch with Dave, gave him my budget, and immediately received numerous options. He answered every question I had AND was always timely. Super impressed with the entire experience!

Greatest car leasing experience I’ve had. I LOVE my jeep. I will probably never get a lease from any one else, I would follow David anywhere even after moving to TN! The process was so fast and any small hiccups along the way were resolved immediately and were anxiety free. He’s also got a great sense of humor so that helps. He absolutely deserves a raise especially after dealing with clients like myself. Y’ALL GO SEE DAVE, you will NOT be disappointed!!!!

For the second year in a row, Dave Facknitz has gotten me a killer deal on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee!
Within a week of me reaching out, he was able to get me into a new Jeep with higher mileage at an insane deal - as well as it being an entirely seamless process of all paperwork done electronically and the Jeep dropped off to me again.
Quick, communicative, professional, and will always work hard to make sure his customers are satisfied.

I had a wonderful experience working with LaFontaine for the first time recently getting my new lease. Jeremy, my sales consultant, was very flexible, accommodating and timely with the whole process. The cherry on top was having the car delivered right to my doorstep. The dealership was quite a drive from my home, so not having to make that was really nice. I’ll be reaching out to this dealership again for my future vehicles.

My salesman kept me in the loop, the waiting area was clean and inviting, all the staff was friendly! The entire car buying process was easy and painless. Great service from all of the service department. Had issues with a previous dealership when it came to getting my car fixed, the wife convinced me to drive an hour to come get my vehicle fixed here. Got my car back the same week i brought it in, very dedicated people making sure there customers are taken care of. All the Service Advisors are great, but definitely a big thank you to Jacob Buell for all your help.

I have been a customer of Jeremy’s for over 10 years. He has made the leasing of all my vehicles a stress free and easy process ~ to the point that I completely trust him with the vehicle he recommends on leasing. This time around Jeremy made sure I had an opportunity to drive the vehicle, so much so that he had the vehicle delivered to my house (I live about 45 minutes from the dealership) to keep for the day/night to test drive. La Fontaine was more than accommodating! Sandy made sure I was well taken care of, and got my Durango in and out for service in a very timely manner. I was even given a rental for the time being, and that was a tremendous help! I hope I don’t have to visit anytime soon, but I know they’ll take good care of me if needed!

I would like to begin this review by stating that my initial sales experience would have been at 1 start or lower as it a horrible experience from the time I took ownership of the car, but I felt that the follow up SERVICE experience noted a positive mention on here. I unfortunately have had my new vehicle in the service center for a few issues with the car, including a recall. Even though I promised that I would never do business with this dealership again, Sandy and her team went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and had a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. Her communication and attention to detail was second to none and she made sure to inform me of any updates and delays that there were with my vehicle. I want to commend her on a job well done and it is nice to see someone that truly implements the meaning of customer service.

Jacob was great! He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed on my purchase. He was more than accommodating and let me take the time I needed to make my decision on a truck. He also spent time with me going over financing, details about the truck and many other things! Fantastic experience!

Not only has Gary gone above and beyond for us during the purchasing process, his follow up and commitment to our positive experience after the sale has been second to none.
