I bought a necklace from here and needed to pick it up on the 23rd. Kay Jewelers is the only business in the mall that their employees don't care enough to show up. I had to purchase more jewelry so my girlfriends Christmas wasn't ruined. I will never shop here again. Everyone I have told feels the same way. Gave 1 star because I can't give 0.
I have to update this. They had a busted water pipe that made it unsafe to enter. When they were able to enter for just information, they called and gave me options on how to get my necklace. I don't usually jump to conclusions and couldn't have been more wrong. Thanks for going out of your way during the holidays to ensure I would get my necklace.

I had a beyond amazing experience at this location!!! The women that helped my fiancee and I was kind, honest and very helpful. She had told me to ask her male co worker his opinion on the two different bands I was looking at. The one band was almost 2x the price of the other band. I thought for sure he was going to tell me that the more expensive band looked better. But he did not. He gave me his honest opinion without money even being a factor! I was blown away. I will forever go back to this jewelry store at this location! Very happy with my experience today! Jerry and Erin need raises ASAP!!! 😊

They were the ONLY jeweler in the mall with good customer service and not just looking for a quick sale. When you're buying wedding set to last a lifetime and spending a considerable amount of money, you want to understand quality, warranty, and weigh your options. Jerry was great.

Been going to Kay’s for a while but today they really made my day as I recently had a problem with my engagement ring and it was misled by one of the staff regarding my ring but the manager was very quick to fix it! And I am happy to say that I will be coming back for more Business! Thank you for making my day!
