I am very pleased with the service I receive at Upper Peninsula Audiology. They are very professional and when I have had a problem with one of my hearing aids and have brought it to their attention, they have addressed this in such a caring and prompt manner. Hearing is such an important part of my life and when I can receive such excellent care from the staff at Upper Peninsula Audiology it leaves me with a very thankful and satisfying feeling.

Taylor explained everything, as she performed the hearing test, so I understood the procedure and understood the results. Programmed the trail hearing aids according to my needs. Explained everything about the aids so I could fine tune them with app. Very satisfied with my experience.

Wonderful staff and the kids loved the pups! The overall experience was great, quick, and easy. My daughter has asbergurs and they made the whole audiology experience great for her.

What a patient and caring staff. They take the time to talk with you and explain everything going on. They explain the options and cost clearly and plainly. Honestly, above and beyond all my expectations as far as service and care go.
If you need proof angels exist: ask for Melissa. She was the answer to my prayers.
