I hired them to do my taxes (22 and 23) on March 4, 2024. I had a reasonable expectation That two years tax returns will take a little bit longer. I was wrong. I couldn’t get any information or updates from my tax preparer. Left multiple Email/messages voicemails/ Reception messages nothing. After asking to speak to someone in management I received one of my taxes completed April 23,2024. I have yet to receive my other tax returns completed or any communication from them as to when they will have it completed. I have been waiting for a response to multiple emails requesting a timeframe as to when they will get back with me. It’s May 2, 2024. this is extremely frustrating. I hope they read this message and get back to me. I would give them 0 Stars but it wouldn’t allow me too.
