Lily Ann Cabinets - Temperance

I have used Lily ann cabinets for 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms so far. I purchased the Charlston saddle and York saddle cabinets and have been extremely satisfied.
The first time I just crossed my fingers and ordered a kitchen full of cabinets and was relieved when I see the quality of the cabinetry. All dovetail joints, plywood box, solid wood frames, soft close hinges and full extension undermount drawers. They are 100% quality. I asked the guys who were installing the countertop what the thought of the cabinets and they said that they were very well built.
My favorite part is using the bathroom vanities. It honestly blows my mind that I can install solid wood quality bathroom vanities for less that those particle board vanities they sell at the HD and Low*s....why does anyone buy that garbage??
These cabinets are no difficult to assemble at all. Most of the parts slide together. Just use wood glue on all the joints. Hardest part is building the drawers but not hard at all. After the first few you get in the groove. I can complete a 3 drawer base in about 25 minute without trying to rush. Only tools you need is a phillips screwdriver (drill is best), a hammer, a block of wood, a bottle of wood glue and a drill for installing your handles and pulls.
Only issue I had so far was on a plate rack cabinet I got 2 fronts but no cabinet box. I called the company and the sent my the appropriate cabinet box next day. I recommend this company to everyone.

I cannot say enough about this place!! I came here knowing I wanted to redo my kitchen, but not much more. Darryl helped me create the kitchen of my dreams. He created a 3D design to help me visualize how it would look and was very patient with my 500 changes. Having his expertise was also amazing as I had no idea what I was doing. Once I got my cabinets I was even more blown away by the quality. Not only do they have great people, but a very exceptional product. Would recommend!

Joey and everyone there were very helpful and patient while figuring out my new kitchen.
Cabinets were delivered quickly and had lots of good open communication during the whole process.

We purchased the Shaker Elite White cabinets and are extremely happy with the product and service. These are top quality and beautiful cabinets at a great price. My advice is to be sure you get expert advice from the sales/design team before ordering. We did our project design and ordering on our own and ran into a small issue. When we called the office for help, they connected us directly with Bill, the owner, who was able to tell us within five minutes how to fix it.

We recently ordered kitchen cabinets from Lily Ann. They made it easy for us to enjoy doing our own design and ordering. Starting with the unpacking and assembly, and continuing to the final installation, we were extremely happy with the quality and appearance of the cabinets. I ordered a full set of kitchen cabinets for an investment property that arrived with no issues except 2 cabinets missing and we were on a deadline to leave and take them South.

So this is where my incredible customer service begins:

I started communicating daily with various customer service people and made sure to explain I needed them by a certain date to haul them down South. Well one of my calls connected me with an order specialist named Lindsey Warner.

What was so incredible over the next 10 days about my experience with Lindsey Warner was her work ethic as an order specialist to take it upon herself to communicate with me several times a day via text or phone calls. She gave a complete run down daily and also told me she was staying on top of the search for these 2 missing cabinets. It was her mission to make this right as the shipment was held up due to the work load crisis for all businesses due to the “pandemic”.

Needless to say we received our missing cabinets yesterday and I had to personally say “Thank you” and meet Lindsey. She was on top of it the whole time along with other all the other Lily Ann employees.

So this is a HAPPY HAPPY SHOUT OUT to Lilyann Cabinets and their whole team for going above and beyond and most of all to Lindsey for her wonderful communication skills!

Amazing Service and Support!!! So, I designed my own kitchen with help from Lily Ann design team who were so supportive with all my questions. after the order was placed, I noticed that I made a mistake with the measurements. Lily Ann went above and beyond to help me correct the mistake and put me on the correct path. The quality of the cabinets exceeded my expectations for both quality and look. I like them so much I told my neighbor order in place.

We basically wanted a custom kitchen without the custom prices, and thanks to RaeLynn, that’s exactly what we are getting. She bent over backwards to put together a custom pantry to wrap around the fridge, working around a weird slanted wall that was in the way.

I ordered cabinets over a year ago, but began assembling them 5 days ago. It turns out I misordered some sizes and damaged the door in the process. ( I hesitantly phoned Lily Ann Cabinets bracing myself for an arduous process.)

I recently visited the Temperance showroom for some ideas for my kitchen. Ray Lynn spent time with me discussing the features and benefits of the Lily Ann cabinets and gave me some ideas for simple updates. Although I did not purchase any cabinets (yet!), Ray Lynn was so helpful I would definitely go back to see her when I'm ready to upgrade!

Raylynn went above and beyond to help me design a kitchen. The cabinets are amazing quality and she made the entire process an enjoyable experience. I'd definitely recommend her for your cabinet needs for any project!
