My family have been patients of Dr. Kyle's for over 8 years. We have experienced nothing but professional, caring, blunt and informative service. Dr. Kyle has always answered every question we have had about our health and care. He is happy to send us to specialists when needed. He takes care to suggeat tests based upon the principal that the simplest explination is usually the best one, but leave no stone unturned. He doesn't hesitate to say when he doesn't know something, but he finds out immediately in your presence in order to assess. He has supported and taken care of us through real medical trouble, and I wish we could take him with us as we are moving.
The office is perpetually clean, including during the ick of winter. The office staff are pleasant, and warm even on clearly hectic days. They are always prompt with tests results, and medication refills.

Great care, friendly knowledgeable staff. Dr. Bonnie has always taken the time to explain things in the fullest details. I highly recommend this medical team.

Fast friendly service

I've been going to this doctor for around 6 years and now that I've moved, I'm not going back. First off, I agree with one of the other reviewers that they treat you like an idiot at times. Second, if you're a woman who has any doubts about getting the dubious pap smear, keep in mind that this office hardly considers the screening test "optional". They will withhold some medications until you agree to have it performed.

Longest wait possible. 2 hours waiting for an appointment they scheduled. Covid-19 what... 3 ppl in before us and we were here way before them. I don't recommend this place at all. Go to the med center it is less of a wait. Or find a doctor that has staff that can schedule ppl correctly.

Little confused as to why a doctor would make a 90 year old with dementia not only come into the office to get blood drawn but also make her come back a week later to get the results read when it could clearly be done over the phone, not to mention, making said 90 year old wait over an hour to even be seen, would not recommend this doctor for an elderly person, especially one with dementia, very disappointed.

One word, HORRIBLE...however if you are looking for a drug pushing doctor....this could be the doctor for you!. If you want specific tests done...they refuse to do them.
