Maggie's Cafe

The Reed Clan drops by Maggie's at least two times a month. Breakfast rocks! The cinnamon sourdough French toast is a sweet tooth delight. Portions here will result in tasty leftovers. We have only ever received amazing service from polite servers. Breakfast specials are available for early morning guests. I'm less familiar with lunch/dinner menu items, but the fries and fish are solid choices. Come to Maggie's in Temperance for a classic diner experience. Salud.

It was my first time eating at this restaurant. It is just down the road from my place. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was really good. I took my step daughter here for lunch on a whim. The prices are not expensive which is really exciting. The atmosphere is a typical family friendly diner. The parking lot is one-way so be careful entering the lot. It wasn't busy, but when we went in every other table was occupied. There is a sitting area in the back that I did not notice while entering. The booths have a view of the local church stained glass window and bell. And the main street through this part of town. I got the club sandwich with fries. My step daughter got the fruit pancake. We both loved our meals. Great portion sizes too.

Great cafe. We love going there on the weekend or grabbing take out. The breakfasts there are amazing. Everyone is happy and cheerful when we go in.

A great experience with a old school diner feel.

Well worth the stop on my morning ride. The Haystack is great and the staff was very friendly and made me feel as though I'd been coming there for years, even though it was my first time.
I'll seriously be coming in again.

Very good food selection. Their menu is about 5 page's. Food was good service was great.

Went with my daughter and granddaughter, waitress was super nice and friendly. The chef made Mickey Mouse pancakes for my granddaughter without being asked :) the food was great even had a great variety of fresh fruit. Never had a bad experience here

Terrific find while in the area. The steak sandwich was terrific. Our whole party enjoyed the meals. Plus, the staff was terrific.

My favorite diner in town! They're so friendly and remember you 🥹❤ I tried other diners but they didn't seem to have that same personal touch. The food here is also far superior!

Holy Moly Santa Claus Christmas, is this place good! The Florida omelette isn't absolute without question. Must try and they also offer a wonderful corned beef. Hash Benedict. You can get fresh fruit with your breakfast and the chocolate chip pancakes are to die for. The staff is always awesome. Give them a try!

Ate here on Monday afternoon with my husband and our son. My son is a picky eater and said they have great chicken tenders. The service was fast and friendly. The inside snice the remodel of it is very nice.

Honestly the best small business in town. Great food and an incredible staff. My wife and I go every week and its never a bad time. The service is so fast and the food is great. Give maggie's a try and you'll be craving it every week!

I had the French Toast Special, it came with 2 eggs, 3 different meats and 4 BIG pieces of French toast and it was really, really good! I managed to get two bites of the ham before my toddler granddaughter finished it off. It was cooked to perfection and tasted like a piece of Sunday ham right off the bone.
My daughter had the breakfast skillet with hollandaise sauce on it. I'm not usually a big fan of skillet meals, but this one was so good it definitely changed my mind!
I live 30 miles away from here, but I'll be back soon. It's worth the drive!

Stopped going here for a while due to quality of food. However I went last week and it was great! Staff was friendly, food was hot and flavorful, and the restaurant was clean.

A small-town classic, with precisely the atmosphere you would expect. Service is friendly, the prices are fair, and the portions are huge. Would recommend to anyone who lives in town, but also would bring friends from out of town as well! Have been coming here for well over 10 years.
