PREMIER CLEAN & RESTORE

I recently had my carpets and two chair upholstery cleaned and I was very impressed with their service. The carpets had some pretty bad stains from an exterior door being attached to our living room and I had small patches that needed repair from a new puppy. When I initially called they were able to give me pricing options per my situation over the phone. At the appointment they went over the process/steps of the carpet cleaning, the price, and the after care. It was very thorough and thoughtful. I was impressed with the job, the carpets looked brand new. I was also very happy with the price, very affordable for the amount of service I required. I will be using Premier Clean & Restore in the future!

These guys are easy to work with, and did a fantastic job on getting the carpets cleaned up. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them. Don't forget to ask about their discount services. There wasn't much waiting around at all. I even got to learn a little bit about the process of carpet cleaning. I will be using them next time. 😊

We just had our carpets cleaned yesterday and they look beautiful. The carpets haven't been cleaned for 7 years, when were originally installed. The carpets look better than new. They moved all of our furniture and put it all back in perfect condition. We are so pleased. Our property is used for rental and we dogs allowed. Fantastic, would recommend them to anyone & the cost was minimal.

Omg, I am so happy Ethan was able to get my carpets looking new again. The boot he used in my patio door was wonderful. It being -10 below I had my concerns. Professional, fast, excellent job. Amazing job on our apartment in rush city. easy to talk to you. emails in a reasonable time and schedules in a timely manner. will also be using him for my current home when we move. also pricing is very affordable! side note. i do not like talking on the phone. was very happy just to communicate through email.

We had an emergency call to them on a Saturday morning as water was running out the front door of our office. Ethan showed up with an hour and did a great job of removing all the water from the carpet. Great Service! Great Value!

Ethan was on time, very courteous, and very thorough. We had a few tough spots on our carpets, and he was able to remove those. I will highly recommend Ethan to others.

I had Premier clean and restore come to my home to do some cleanup from a water backup. I believe the cleanup itself was done well and and they seem to have a lot of knowledge. The problem came in when it came time to pay them it was $200 plus dollars more than they had told me or the estimate. When I questioned it the answer I was given was that they probably forgot to tell me about the return trip cost. $200 plus dollars over an estimate is unacceptable in my opinion. When I talked with them and they verbally gave me the estimate they said it would be approximately $700 all said and done. I received a bill for $921. I paid it anyway.

Before you drive like a jerk on the road, make sure your business name isn't on your truck.
