Perry came out on Thanksgiving weekend (Sunday) to repair a no heat situation. He was knowledgeable, professional, considerate and thourough in the diagnosis and repair. He was very conscientious of the added costs because it being Holiday rates. Would highly recommend this company.

Have used them 4 times with furnace work and each service tech was knowledgeable and fast assessing the problem. The owner answered my call on a cold Sunday morning and walked me through a temporary fix so we would be OK till Monday when parts were available and offered space heaters to use but they were able to get the parts and repair it that afternoon.
They have always been quick to respond and repair. The people I have referred their work to have all said they are great

A business I worked for always used this company. Then residentially I was switching from propane to gas and hired them. They treated us the same way they'd treat their loved ones... Honesty, caring, respect, and all around kindness. They allowed us some leeway and advised what would be more economical than what I was asking. Since that time about 8 years ago, we've had them help us twice more. He once said if he could walk us through it on the phone, it'll save us the money of having him fix it. He called us on his day off and talked us through the quick fix at no charge!!! Some others would've came out and charged for an hour of labor and/or made up some stuff to make it worth while. Not this company! So impressed.

I used them before and had them replace my furnace and air conditioning at a great price. They continue to service the furnace and have worked on our water heater. We've been very pleased and will continue to use them. Very pleased!

Very great service. They have installed my central air and water softener. I called another company for a clogged pipe and they made more damage than good. American Heating and Plumbing fixed the clog and the damage the other company did. Any the best part, they were cheaper and much more professional. Great company and service!

This morning (a Saturday), we had water coming up through the drains and a leaking pipe in the basement. My fiance reached out to Pat at American Plumbing & Heating and he got someone over here right away. Anthony checked everything out, did what needed to be done to fix what he could until the Septic Company could get here. The owner of American, Pat, personally called the Septic company and then reached out to us again to reassure us that the septic company will be here today. Both Pat and Anthony went above and beyond and we couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend American Plumbing & Heating. They are professional, easy to work with, and provide outstanding customer service.
