Each time I called customer service to make a payment the auto pc wanted the yearly full amount. I was not prepared to pay full amount & found it very difficult & time-consuming to wait for a real person. I'm so glad that I can pay the full amount the next month & only hope that this confusion on this issue would be addressed & made easier to make payments. Thank you!!!

I needed to dispose of some tear out debris from the house here and could not find a nearer place to take it. I have to say the facility was easy to use and I didn't get a flat tire so that was good. The man at the scale was polite and somewhat apologetic concerning the cost. It is far from me so that is not so good. It cost $88 to dump my trailer load of about 600 lbs, which was a shock to me. I think this is too much to charge and cannot see myself going back for those rates. I guess when you are the only game any where near town you can gouge.

It was expensive

I had a maybe half truck load of particle board from my hallway which is a short hallway hallway carpet and four frames from old doors. I am from the Saginaw township and left 4 doors at my curb for pickup. So with that said I did not have much of a load but did not expect to pay $108.00 she did not even look to see what was in my truck which was sitting higher than her view. I asked several times if that was the price. She initially said, " I think that's the price", my wife caught that when she said price. I paid, because already drove 20 minutes to get there.Never again though. Seems high and outrageous price like that and why $108 why not a even number? Odd, but I guess I'm the dumb one that paid. I already pay waste management with my property taxes in Saginaw township. Overall just not satisfied with high expense.

Lady at the scale rude and not helpful at all.
They change prices and have no explanation for it.
I had the same trailer both times I went in. She told me it’s a flat rate based on the trailer size. First time I payed $160 second time she asked me to pay $275. How can you explain that? I’m done with them .

We have been here 3 times in the 3 years we’ve lived here. 1st time was a great experience. Each time after has progressively gotten worse. Lady at desk is rude. Last time we went on a Saturday we were told the dump is only open to flood victims on Saturday. We’d have to come during the week. Well, your hours are 7-4 and we are at work during those times. I guess we’ll just put everything at the curb and the trucks can figure out how they’re going to pick it up on scheduled trash day.
