Judy has been the greatest agent. She is not only pleasent to work with, but she will make time for her clients no matter who they are. My boyfriend and I are kind of new to this area and new to buying a house. Judy was always flexible to our schedule and responds to messages quickly. After searching for a home for many months I met Alex as a real estate agent. I was Living in California and buying in Minnesota which needless to say complicated things, but Alex did above and beyond what was necessary to represent the home we bought correctly. Even without walking through the property until close we are very happy with our purchase. Zero buyers remorse! The process was smooth and mostly painless. Whenever we had a question the answer was prompt, informative, easy to understand and most importantly honest. I worked with many different realtors during our search. Some of the realtors were good and some not so much. Alex and his agency are simply the best. Their contacts and connections are also very noteworthy. Poor customer service with the company. I have contacted them multiple times about places that show on Zillow as being listed through them, and yes I realize Zillow is not the most up to date or accurate source they could at least have the decency to reply and say that the house is no longer available. This has happened numerous times with varying agents, years ago I looked at a house with them, the man that showed the house was very rude and snotty. I will now click the red X in the corner if there's any indication that the house of interest is listed with Homestead Realty.
