Very straight forward on all appliances. Some cosmetic bumps, dents and scratches, but are in excellent working order. We have purchased a dishwasher (3yrs ago), stove/oven (2 yrs ago) and washer dryer combo set (last year) from them, and have not had any problems with any of them! Highly recommend if you can live with some scratches and dents...
