Very helpful with great customer service. I have used them plenty of times here and there over the years. Recently, I sent my mother there for new windshield wipers (not an emergency) and they insisted on putting them on for her in the rain.

Great parts store! They seem to have everything or are able to get it quickly. Great customer service! The only issue is the phone rings...a lot.
Must be a good place with everyone calling. If you need auto parts, trailer parts, or related this is a great place!

Always nice to go into a auto parts store with graybeard parts guys still at the counter who don’t stare at you when you need something that doesn’t fit into a make model year designation. A dying breed. Always my first stop when in town needing parts.

Called around for pricing on parts for my car and they were about 20% lower than advance Auto and NAPA. I have been here a few times and their customer service is outstanding. Was so happy I didn't have to drive 20-25 miles farther to get parts. They also pointed me to Watts Auto repair where their prices were more than reasonable and fast quality service. Thank you Auto Value, I would definitely drive the extra miles if I needed to but luckily I'm within 5 miles.
