I made an appointment with Brian Danforth to check out the Jeep Compass at 10am Friday. Brian was very knowledgeable about the Jeep Compass and spent time letting me test drive various ones and was able to answer my many questions. He helped me chose the one that was right for me. The whole process was positive and Brian made me feel like a valued customer. The financing process was painless and I left there with what I hope will be my next Jeep for many years to come. A big thanks to everyone. Also the coffee was great.

The Flag group did a very fine job. Mark my salesman brought the vehicle to my house for a test drive. He explained to me everything about the vehicle and answered all my questions. I told him I will buy the vehicle so Mark took a picture of my license and Ins and had the paperwork ready for me the next day. These guys are the best. They fixed my truck and got me back on the road in no time. Roger Wright kept me informed every step of the way, and when I added an oil change and tire rotation, lengthening my repair time, they gave me a loaner so I could still get around. My experience dealing with Forest Lake Chrysler Jeep was awesome.Before we ever walked through the front door of the dealership, Salesman Beau Stephens was taking care of us like you would take care of a family member. His professionalism and communication skills put me and my wife at ease. He went about the tasks involved with customer care with a sense of purpose and really listened to our wishes and answering all of our questions and concerns. Me. Stephens was very knowledgeable and let us know how long to expect each phase of the process would take. Me. Stephens went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable during the entire course of evaluating our trade inane ensured we got a fair price for it. The financing portion went just as smoothly. The dealer has state of the art software to allow for safely signing all of the required paperwork.

I must say before we drove to Forest Lake Chrysler, we read a negative review. The person who wrote that must have a really difficult life. We experienced none of the things they mentioned. In fact it was quite the opposite. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular this salesman if you are looking to make a purchase.

Ordered a 2022 Ram 1500 Limited from Forest Lake Auto Group. Dealt with Jessica who was very knowledgeable through the whole process. She kept me updated about what stage the vehicle was in and even went above and beyond when the vehicle was taking longer then expected to figure what had happened. She knows the vehicles well and is willing to help out if something comes up. The finance team was great and had all their ducks in a row to make that process as painless as they could.

Awesome experience, multiple sales reps ready to help when we entered the door. The Citadel was just like pictured. Michael Murphy was the sales rep, he answered any and all questions. Really fun guy. Worked with us to get the best financial plan that fit our budget. As well as getting us the best trade value possible. Only downer was it was a little busy and we were there longer then planned but it was a Saturday.

We made contact online about the vehicle we were interested in and were able to schedule a test drive easily. Kolleen, the internet sales manager had us work with Jessica, who was quick to greet us when we arrived. We drove and decided to purchase the vehicle so we had our vehicle evaluated for trade and reached an agreement fairly quickly.

The only thing that would have been a little better would have been to speed up the pace after agreement a bit.

Excellent experience! Found the truck on AutoTrader.com while we were vacationing in Texas. Called and spoke with Alana. She started the whole deal by convincing her team to put the truck on hold for us while we drove up. Unfortunately she was off when we got there BUT Jimmy stepped up and helped us close the deal. He went out of his way to make sure we got the tonneau cover installed, the truck was detailed, a full tank of gas, and took the time to go over all the options and how they worked before we left the lot. Anthony took us step by step through our financing options and of course all the additional coverage. No pressure. Just here are your options, do you want any of them or none of them.
