Aladdin Grill

The place to go when you're in the mood for Mediterranean flavors. Very nice and welcoming family that runs this place. Food is fresh made to order. Chicken shawarma is full flavored and a definite must try. The gyro is also amazing with the in-house made sauce. Spoke to the grandma and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. Try this place out, you will not be disappointed.

The free dine-in Lentil Soup was tasty, but could have been a bit warmer... for me, I devoured it regardless! My wife had the gyro and she said the pita was really good, the meat was great and the onions gave it a great flavor! I had the Philly Cheesesteak and it was very good. We both liked the drink selections as well, both of us choosing to try Canada Dry Blackberry and Cranberry Ginger Ales. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We'll be back!

Aladdin Grill had the best Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food I've had in a long time! We had the lovebirds mixed grill so we could try everything. All of the meats were mouthwatering, especially the gyro and lamb. The hummus was so good with pita. Even the rice was delicious. I tried to get the owner to tell me the secret seasoning he uses. We'll be back for more soon!

Been wanting to check this place out for a while. Went tonight with the GF and we split an order of falafel and the mixed grill platter. It was pretty good! I haven’t really tried Mediterranean food before, but this was a good experience.

What is interesting about this spot is that it looks like it’s a converted Caribou coffee. Not confirmed, but neat it if it is.

I feel like home here.. it was like visiting my grandmother's home. We get welcome and we get an friendly explanation of the dishes. Even after we ordered we get a soup to try. The soup was delicious and all the food too. It was a very good experience that we want to repeat and you should try.

This little bistro is great! You gotta try it.
I had the chicken kabob plate! I've never tried Palestinian/Jordanian food. The service was very helpful. I'm not sure everything is heart healthy though, the yogurt milk is 36% of your daily sodium intake. I couldn't do it. The baklava is wonderful though. The rice is my absolute favorite rice. This was the first hummus I ever enjoyed as well. I will be back! They sell Gyros too!!!

A must try Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurant!

I am not an expert in this type of cuisine, however I ventured to try as much as possible. I was blown away by the quality, freshness and depth of flavors every dish that I’ve tried. Not adventurous? Then get their Philly Cheesesteak that was perfectly grilled served in the softest bread I’ve ever had. From the falafel to the lamb shank, from their famous chicken shawarma and kofta, I was pleasantly surprised from every single dish I tried.

Also! *restaurant hack* if you dine in, you get a complimentary lentil soup which is vegan. The perfect way to warm up in the colder days.

All the seasonings and spices are imported to produce a very authentic experience and you can even purchase some of those items to add to your spice rack.

I highly recommend checking out Aladdin Grill not only for the amazing food, but also the extremely friendly hospitality!

Absolutely incredible! We weren’t sure what to get, and they suggested a plate they put together with both of our favorite things. The service was second to none and we enjoyed every bite. We highly recommend eating here, and we can’t wait to come back!

I got the cold platter and my gf got the Philly sandwich - with gyro meat and we both loved our meals. Although they were out of tabouli so I can't vouch for that one. Atmosphere is super cute.

Finally had a chance to check out this little gem of a restaurant and we were NOT disappointed! Very colorful, clean place with with a great ambiance. Friendly staff too! The gyros were about the best we've ever had. EXTREMELY generous portion of gyro meat on a pillowy pita and just enough Tzatziki sauce. Easily two times more meat than Dino's and more variety on the menu. Fries were super crispy and hot with a bit of a coating that enhanced the crispiness. Spanakopita was also quite tasty with lots of cheesy spinach nestled between layers of phyllo. You really need to check this place out! We can't wait to return and try more of the excellent food! Value and taste just blew us away. Parking is a little congested in the area but, well worth the inconvenience.

My husband and I had dinner at the Aladdin Grill on our date night, and we absolutely loved the food! I had the chicken shawarma plate and my husband had the lamb kabob plate. The meats were tasty, the rice was AMAZING, and we loved the garlic sauce. We will be back, and we think you should check it out, too! Oh, they dropped off a small order of French fries “on the house” and they were the best French fries I’ve tasted, hands down.

Shawarma was super good and Hummus was indeed homemade from scratch. Falafel is fredh and cooked perfectly. Amazing food without the big city tax. Owner is super cool too haha.

This place is phenomenal! My wife doesn’t eat lamb because of the gaminess from it. This place changed her, one of the best lamb chops you will find anywhere in the state. Owner was very professional and kind! Will become regulars in the future!

Wow. This place is amazing. Exactly what we need in the north we suburbs. Allow yourself some time if you do not order ahead. It is still a small operation and they make a lot of it fresh. Well worth it

Edit: I come here all the time now. They definitely improved on the speed to get food out. Gyros, falafel, and the lentil soup are my favorites. The gyro sandwiches are LOADED UP with meat. Definitely could have shared.

This place was phenomenal. I saw it on a TikTok and we were in the area so we decided to stop in and try it. The lentil soup was soooo delicious! We did the platter that had 4 kinds of meat on it. The ground chicken and steak kabobs were our favorite but they were all good. The rice and pita bread were also great. I'd make a special trip to eat here, it was that good.

A hidden gem. I believe they have new owners because of the grand opening signs? The quiet gentleman cooked and served us the best gyro and samosas we’ve EVER had. Samosas were divine and tasted fresh. Buttery and flaky outer layer with finely chopped bright vegetables inside. I’ll dream about those. Gyros were overfilled and cooked to perfection. Not dry and great flavor. Veggies were also fresh and he gave us free sauces even though we forgot to order them. Will be returning.

I was there today for my first time and the food was fantastic. I am very happy that such wonderful food has opened up nearby.

The meat was good and tender in the gyro sandwich and the sauces on top accommodated it well. The best part for me were the two sauces that came on the side, they were so delicious. I'd eat that with my fries over ketchup any day. The falafels were crisp and fried to perfection. The fries were thick and seasoned. Excellent all around.

I will definitely be coming back.

We picked up a large order for our workplace and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was ready when we arrived, and they helped carry it to our car. We ordered the Family Mixed Grill platter and it was a great combination of meats. I love their chicken shawarma! Thank you Aladdin Grill!
