Reading a couple reviews down I’m not surprised to see the reason I came here to give a review is all because of one person named Jessica and her name is listed in another review below mine. What an absolutely kind, sweet beautiful soul with an incredible smile Who’s very helpful. I have never seen her there before and I hope she sticks around. We need more people like her. In the world!

I had to call several pharmacies today. The man I spoke to on the phone was the ONLY nice one. So helpful and nice.

layla was the most helpful employee i’ve ever come in contact with. she was happy to help me with whatever i needed and made sure that i was getting the correct items. layla seemed very happy to be working which is something that is super rare today. walgreens is lucky to have her!

Peter I don’t know if he was the manager, assistant manager, or just an associate but he was awesome! my stepmom lost the single car key inside the store somewhere and they had just closed. he let me in the store and helped me look for it. After about 15-20 min we finally found it, or I should say he finally found it! He had amazing customer service skills, He was nothing but polite and patient. I will definitely come back and shop here just for that reason.

This review is of their flu shot service ONLY. I don't shop here regularly.

I made an appointment for my flu shot online for 12:00, they were able to get me in a few minutes early. The pharmacist who administered my shot was spectacular, Mildred was her name. Extremely friendly and gave me that shot with little to no pain. Literally the best shot I've received to date.

Very handy place to get your flu shot. Easy to make an appointment online, too.

Had an issue with my insurance company not wanting to cover my refill. The staff took the time to call my insurance Co and was able to resolve the issue. They then immediately filled my prescription and I was out the door in 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful. Thank you!

I’ve never had an issue with this pharmacy. Are they understaffed? Yup, like 95% or the businesses out there. Don’t go when you’re on a rush, the staff is great and the pharmacist answers any question I have.

This store has really upped their game. If you have an issue ask for Lindsay the meager SHE IS THE BEST!!! Just saying rate the whole store experience not just the pharmacy.

Just had my first COVID-19 vaccine at Forest Lake Walgreen's and had a great experience! Very efficient and everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

They’re busy but have always been very nice. I like the drive thru option.

Unfortunately it was a long wait in line.. not the stores fault. Corporate cut hours which than Unfortunately back everything up badly.. if people have issues call the 1 800 number on your receipt and complain..

number and tell there dm to hire more people is not the employee's fault he thinks they are fully staffed

Employees are always helpful, pharmacists are ready to answer questions. This store is my "Go-To" for everything.

I love coming here because Lindsay is always so efficient and helpful! She is a star at this location!!
