Had my daughter buy a car battery at another O'reilly in another town when her car wouldn't start. She HAD to carry out the battery to her car. They couldn't get the bracket off holding the old battery down and they either wouldn't or couldn't install the new one. Said it was "beyond their capabilities. You'll have to go to a repair shop to get the old battery out." They went back into store while she sat in her car with a dead battery, trying to call someone to come pick her up. Several minutes later, someone finally came out with a booster and had troubles hooking up to get her started. They had to go get another employee to do it.

I tell you that story to tell you this one. We made arrangements to meet her 1/2 way from home so she could take our car and we could have her's checked out. Went to the Beatrice store and guess what? They went out of their way to install the battery we bought at the other store. Customer service? A++++++++++++++++ Won't go wrong going the Beatrice O'Reilly's!!!!

Best place to get parts and the knowledge of vehicles other than auto zone where they hire people that have no clue of vehicles and then they sell you parts for the wrong motor and ruin your vehicle and not pay you back for there mistakes.
