Best customer service! The people working were so polite and kind. Let us sample their new nuggets before deciding what to order. Were so patient with us as we struggled to decide on what to eat. It was such a pleasant experience, and I did not expect the level of care at a fast food restaurant.

Very good food..Like always super yummy and filled us up ..Comfort food like grandmother's almost..Lol..For $5.00, we each got a 3 piece crispy tenders meal..3 chicken, potatoes and gravy, biscuit, cookie and drink..Refills as much as you want on drinks..Just fill yourself..For $1.00, we added coleslaw..can't go to KFC and not get their famous slaw..Oh my..We were full and HAPPY..Wish we lived closer to it, for sure..Cookies incredible..So soft and full of chocolate chips..Best cookies we ever had..So just go see the Colonels place and be prepared to nap after a wonderful meal..Very clean too..

I ordered 2 2 piece dinners to go. It was 3:30 in afternoon, and only had to wait a few minutes.

Great food! Always nice to be able to eat something other than hamburgers or pizza. Love there chicken sandwiches! Friendly staff and great service!

The employees were all very polite and the food was good. I can honestly say I haven't ever gotten such friendly service in a long time!

Good food nice people might not have what you want sometimes because there always busy but the wait is worth it.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch around 2:15pm today (March 9th) and placed our orders at the drive thru. The employee who waited on us, Becky, had a very pleasant greeting, voice inflection made it sound as though she truly liked her job. I have never, ever, had so many pleases and thank-you's from any fast food employee. Becky was smiling at the window and when we were leaving, very pleasantly thanked us and wished us a good day. Very refreshing. I told my wife if I were an employer and was looking for employees, I would have offered her a job (I would have probably made a position if there wasn't any openings). Many kudos to Becky! An employee to be treasured.

Chicken was nice and juicy and a lot of it very surprised and pleased

I love this place they do get it wrong a lot but I still eat it a lot some of the workers even no my order big mac and cgeese two small mashed potatoes without gravy and popcorn chicken

Finger licking good, chicken and a variety of chicken dishes. From pot pies, chicken bowls, a bucket for a whole meal. Yum

I love the Famous Bowls! Can't beat the price, and way better than a dry burger with a dry bun from McDonald's.
