I am so grateful for Josh Glynn and his team at Schoen’s roofing. When a hail storm came through the area and I had damage that required an entire roof replacement, Josh responded quickly and helped me understand the process. My new roof is beautiful and with impact resistant shingles, I am hopeful that I won’t need new ones for a long time. Thank you to everyone at Schoen’s for your excellent customer service!

Just had some work (due to a claim) done on my house by Schoen’s roofing.

The roof & gutters were finished earlier this week & all looks good.

I have been overwhelmed @ work with claims, it was great that I could entrust the Schoen’s team to take care of my claim with very little input needed from me. (All I had to do was pick out the color of my shingles).

It seems at some point I have talked to several of the team members @ Schoen’s either for my job or my personal claim, they have provided great customer service.

It has been a very rewarding experience to work with John Mindrup. He’s a  great guy  to work with & provided great customer service.

Schoen's Roofing was selected due to the approach of Jeremy Froisland out of the Nebraska City office. No pressure and complete information of what the job detailed. This is the first insurance claim we have experienced and they helped us work through it. They delayed the project to meet our terms and completed roof and gutter replacement as promised. The teams that were utilized were efficient and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left both properties cleaner than they were prior to the project.
The Nebraska City office help was helpful as well. being the main point of contact as the project was delayed as we requested.
The follow up by Inspector Riley Henry was very professional as well. He picked up the the excess shingles and verified the jobs
were completed to Schoen's satisfaction.
Very happy and satisfied with the complete process. Would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

We have a huge home, I didn’t expect it would be a quick job. It was a full 5 days and we had to laugh at ourselves for buying such a big home. We are glad that our insurance covered it, other than the deductible. This crew of workers were amazing!! They are still cleaning up as I write this. They are very thorough about the preparation and cleanup all around. I recommend them 1 million percent!! What’s really funny, we didn’t know we had hail damage, I only asked them to come and bid a gutter repair and cleaning. Again, Amazing!!!!!

Jeremy took care of us and all of our needs/questions! The crew that completed the work was amazing!!! Excellent detail and amazing clean up!! Would highly recommend!

We had our shingles replaced by a different company under an insurance claim. Few months went by, and we ended up with a leak, delays fixing it, and some other questions on the quality of the work. Being largely clueless, we wanted a second opinion and came across Schoen’s. Called their Nebraska City office on a Friday, the nicest office lady ever got all our info, and John called us Monday afternoon wanting to stop by and check things out. He even brought some sealant to use where he thought the leak might be. He immediately got all up into our awful itchy attic and did not hesitate to climb on the roof and crawl all over it. Now, mind you, they did all this even though I made it quite clear from the start that we were really working toward understanding our previous roofing company’s issues and would most likely be having that first company do the repairs. Schoen’s didn’t care; they were there for us, did a thorough inspection, let us know what they thought it should take to repair our leak, educated us on some other issues, and had a perfectly reasonable estimate for us within the week. Because of the honest and timely information from Schoen's, we were able to convince the first company to make repairs under warranty. For our future roofing needs, though, I’m telling you – Schoen’s seems like the way to go!

Wade DeKoning is my new favorite person. He is professional, called me the very next day after I called Schoen's office, told me straight away how things work with insurance, and also helped explain how the process was going to work.

These people are great, i called for a quote and Wade deKoning came and talked to me about the shingles they use, and the quote came with a very detailed list that broke down every aspect of the job. They were quick to come do the job aswell, within 3 weeks which was ideal for me because winter was coming. These people are very friendly to, and respond to texts quickly. They also checked in while the job was getting done to make sure I was satisfied and if i had any questions. If i need any work done on the exterior of my house i would 100% return to schoens roofing.

Nick Troxel and Schoen's roofing did a great job. Talked to Nick about what I wanted done, he got everything lined up, they even had the job done a day sooner then expected. Left the job site very clean also.
Much appreciated and will definitely use them again in the future.

Schoen's did an excellent job on my roof, took off two layers of shingles and a layer of shakes, installed new decking and shingles and had it done in less than three days. They do quality work for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the work that they did. Pictures are before and after.

MAN, talk about clutch... I needed to patch some holes TODAY. Came to the shop on 6th, explained my dilemma. Punched 3 holes through a roof at a job site I was on. The "owner" went out of his way to grab exactly what I needed and explained the application process..... That even a dumb bricklayer could understand....Appreciate you guys!!!

Dustin came out right after the big storm to inspect our damage! He got us an estimate within days and Chelsea got us on the schedule in no time! He was easy to reach and great to work with! I would definitely do business with Schoen’s again!! They are all amazing!
