Can’t say I would recommend this company to anyone. I had a poor experience with them. Had them put in a water softener and paid about $2,000 for the softener and labor. They did not correctly plumb the discharge plumbing and had sewage back up my basement. I called them to fix it and explained what had happened. They sent the same plumber who installed it and he stated he had to order a part and it would be a week. They called when it came in and I set up a time for them to make it right.
They sent out a new plumber and he worked on it for two hrs to glue two pieces together and come to find out he actually broke the plug in end for the water softener and then taped It back together. He ran the discharge hose through the two plug ins of the outlet (photo below). Then left without finishing the job after 2 hrs. I had to set up another time to be home again for them to finish the job.
The original plumber came back another day to fasten the plumbing with a bracket and I asked him to fix the outlet and drainage situation as I didn’t think it was safe to have a water line running between two outlet plug ins. He finally resolved the issue and left. So I had them come a total of 4 times to do the job that I know should have been done correctly the first or even the second time. Pretty routine job for a water softener as I know bc I am familiar with the process. I believe the issue could have been avoided if they were to have just done it correct the first time or even the second time and ordered the part needed. I also have noticed that they ran the softener line to my toilet so I am literally flushing money down the toilet as I use up my salt for the toilet water.

I then received a bill for $260 in the mail for 2 hrs of labor and a $20 part. I called the office and explained the situation to the receptionist and I felt that we would be able to work something out that was fair bc of the extreme inconvenience it has been for me. She said she would relay the information and that someone would contact me soon. I also, wrote an email explaining all of this to the owner and have yet to hear anything back in almost two weeks now. Instead I was sent another bill in the mail.
I had considered doing this whole job myself, but wanted to avoid having to do the work and figured I’d let the “professionals” do it. Now I see it prob would have been about the same amount of work if I would have just done the job myself.

Rigged my furnace with an illegal pump and ran it down the drain and was unlicensed at the time. I got drain flies in my house from him doing it and got really sick. They cause dangerous health hazards

I had some work done by these guys earlier this year. They did part of the job, and then when I tried to get them to finish it, they dodged my calls, would never call me back, and left one unsatisfied customer. Go elsewhere for your plumbing needs...
