Hartnett Plumbing LLC

I had a plumbing emergency this weekend and Hartnett was the only plumber that responded on the wknd and came over right away. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will be calling them again.

Everyone at Hartnett Plumbing is an absolute class act! Last night our pipes froze solid in the freak Arctic freeze. Laura in the main office was incredibly responsive and gracious first thing on a Saturday morning, and Josh was extraordinarily helpful in getting our plumbing back up and running (no mean feat). We live in an old house with a number of complex plumbing and heating systems, and Josh didn't miss a beat. He took pains to give me detailed instructions on how to use and protect our systems most effectively. I really cannot say enough good things about these folks! We've only ever had excellent experiences with them over the years, and their fees are reasonable given their level of expertise and professionalism. A+!

Our regular plumber retired and he recommended calling Hartnett. They were fully booked but squeezed us in to look at a water heater problem the same day!

Have only had to use them one time but it was an excellent experience and would certainly go with them again in the future.

On time and professional. Made quick work of my issues and everything was repaired the same day! Keep up the great work and service!

Excellent service and pricing

I have always had good luck with Hartnett. Tonight I spoke with someone who just did not care or want to help. Just need a hot water heater, but need to buy it myself...I do not know how to do that, or what to buy. He just kept saying "don't just go buy one off of Amazon" No suggestion at all for what I could do. This guy all but told me he did not give a s&*(t. If he would have just listened to the warranty stuff it would have been fine. I am sorry my relationship with Hartnett has got to end. A little kindness goes a long way, don't expect it here. I made the mistake of thinking the above was just a fluke...tried again! When I asked if she would just listen to me, she hung up.
