Seb's Green Shutters

Just wanted to share my experience at Seb's on Mother's Day with my daughter. I was thrilled to be treated to a free sundae and the portions are HUGE! We definitely got our money's worth. The owner was so friendly and nice, making our visit even more special. Green Shutters has officially become a favorite spot for ice cream for my whole family.

This is my second time here, and as usual, I'm making delightful family memories. The atmosphere is fun and casual whether rain or shine. The food is fantastic! We loved the Buffalo and regular chicken tenders and customer service literally out of this world. So, if you're sick of the customer service that has become norm then visit Seb's. We were greeted, the Teens working were friendly and attentive to our needs, and we were even visited by the owner and chef. Love love love!

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. The honey garlic buffalo style tenders are amazing and coated generously in sauce. No blue cheese needed. The regular tenders are also delicious. Just a great roadside piece of Americana.

Amazing service from everyone. Friendly, happy and helpful.
Simple menu. Hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken sandwich and tenders, salads and 3 sides. Fries, onion rings and fried mozzarella. My burger was fresh and finished with lettuce, tomato and pickles.
All the ice cream treats were amazing. Floats, shakes and sundaes.
The owner was very present making sure everything was good.

The burgers were delicious. They serve an amazing coffee shake. Look forward to them opening every year.

So many delicious gluten free options. I wish Sebs was open all year. :)

Food was delicious! We got burgers and fries. The ice cream menu had lots of options (I will leave room for dessert next time). We will definitely be back each summer. Worth the drive!

Love the indoor and outdoor seating options as well. It is next to Emerson Park. Beautiful place to stroll before or after your meal.

Best thing to happen to Auburn, NY!!

Amazing food , great staff, warm atmosphere, all around a great place to go get ice cream or some dinner. I tried the mozzarella wedges and chicken tenders and got a chocolate milkshake to go. Not to mention the food is GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY. You can eat inside or outside. 10/10 would reccomend to friends and family !

Great place to stop if you are in the area of Emerson Park on Nearby Owasco Lake. Really amazing, smooth, almost custard-like soft serve.

Saw this place was close to the park, and stopped in for a quick bite. The chicken sandwich I had was top notch! Quick service and great food is worth full marks! Definitely will be coming back again.

The serving sizes of the ice cream are good and it tastes absolutely delicious. The caramel sundae I had today was the best one I've had in the area.

It was refreshing to experience the wonderful attitudes of the employees. I have rarely experienced such genuinely helpful servers even at the best restaurants. Hands down excellent!

Great food...gluten free options are FANTASTIC!! We were there on a Thursday and the live band was entertaining. Great spot for a simple family meal - followed by ice cream after! We will definitely return!

I highly recommend trying the Seb's burger (the sauce is excellent)! The burger is perfectly cooked and seasoned, and has just thebright amount of Seb's sauce and toppings. The onion rings are also seasoned to perfection and are gluten free (they definitely taste like normal ones). I also recommend their buffalo chicken sandwich. Perfectly spicy, not too messy. Always large portions!

Great customer service and are always patient and fast!

This is a perfect place to grab a bite to eat after enjoying Emerson Park. The staff is friendly and helpful. Speedy customer service makes the line move quickly. There are plenty of picnic tables under the shade trees, or one can sit inside in the tastefully decorated dining room.

I took my grandmother to lunch and we had the very best fish sandwich I have ever had!!! It's got to be one of their best dishes - you must try it!!! Yes it is somewhat pricey ($15+) for the fish dinner - but seriously it is so delicious you have to try it.

We were very happy with our entire experience at Green Shutters! I hear their Indelicato burger is amazing too - looking forward to trying that another time!

Their house buffalo tenders are the best I’ve ever had! Milkshakes are thick and amazing and most of the time quick service

The fries were crispy and fresh. The vanilla soft serve was so creamy, definitely some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s right by island park so you can grab a bite then go for a walk after!
