1st time customer. Why did i wait - this place is terrific! Polite staff, they treat you like a person not a number or client. I have been to the other national chains and AEC prices are very comparable. Everyone answered my questions and spent time to explain what there were doing. Staff very knowledgeable. SO don't go to those big chains that offer discounts thinking you are getting a deal.

Went today and had an amazing experience I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses!!! I was amazed with the price and how everyone was so kind !!! I should’ve been going all along!! Ty to everyone who helped today !

This was the best eye care experience I've ever had! They saw my 9year old son and did a fantastic job. Everyone was very kind and friendly and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend going there and plan on sending my husband there the next time he needs new glasses. Definitely 2 thumbs up!!!

Visited here for the first time yesterday. The customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. I can see why this places is consistently recognized as best around.

The office receptionist was very courteous and able to schedule my appointment immediately. Emily is always friendly and thorough. Dr Spencer-Daum is very helpful and answered all my questions on my eye health, whether or not I was showing signs of cataracts or glaucoma as I'm trying to decide if LASIK would be a good option. The receptionist was very helpful and even found me a rebate for my contact lenses.

I had surgery and couldn't get to their office after dropping and stepping on my glasses, this was on a Friday night I called the office on Saturday and explained the circumstances, and bob came to my house Saturday afternoon and retrieved my glasses, fixed them and returned them Sunday afternoon like new.they are terrific team there thank you very much

It was a little different due to Covid, but I totally get it. Everyone there was awesome as usual and I found some awesome glasses that I can't wait to get!
