I had a very good experience at the AT&T store in grant Avenue. Auburn, Madisyn is so.
Intelligent and smart about all the phones and all the accessories im very happy with all the employees out there. They treated everybody so well. As I watched when other people came in, they asked what their needs were and told them they'd be right with them. I would definitely recommend them very highly. And I can tell you. It's hard to find good employees like them.😁

I had a great experience coming into the store in auburn. I worked with Collin while he transferred items off my old phone to a new phone. Collin is respectful, experienced, professional, and very helpful. Very happy with the store and its employees.

Upgraded my phone and the whole experience was quick and easy. Shane gave above and beyond service and was a delight to speak to, happy to be an AT&T customer!

Even though there was only one associate out front at the time, she greeted me within seconds of being in the store and asked someone to come out to help me, all while continuing to help the customer she already had. The associate that came out to help me was AMAZING! Not only was she very friendly and helpful, but she also made me feel like she would do everything she could to resolve my issue. She waited patiently to listen to my needs and did everything she could to make me feel like a valued customer! She explained the several options I had and the best one for ME, not the most expensive. This made me feel like she was putting my needs above just "making a sale" and she printed the information for me so I could refer back to it. Overall, AMAZING experience!!!

I just hung up after speaking with Shane. It was the second time I have. I used to own a business and both know and respect good customer service.
Shane is an excellent representative for ATT and my instinct says would be for any company. My questions were specific and his answers were too. He made sure I was satisfied with his answers which I was. I hope this young man is recognized as a valuable asset to the Auburn NY store and the company as a whole.

Shane provided excellent service to us this morning. He thoroughly explained plan options, upgrade options, trade ins and accessories. He also reviewed costs and what we can expect to see on our first bill. Very competent and pleasant young man. We got two new phones, accessories, a trade in and all our data transferred in just a little over an hour. We highly recommend Shane and this AT&T location.

The experience with Collin and Baile was fast, enjoyable, and informative. They were both friendly and patient with the purchase of both phones today.

Jess was amazing! Going above & beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She helped me with an insurance claim as well as a billing issue. 25 minutes from the moment I entered the store.This was the best, most efficient visit I have ever made to an AT&T store in my 19 years as a customer! I would give Shane & Bailey 10 stars if I could. They were knowledgeable, creative problem solvers and incredibly kind and patient with older customers who are not super tech-savvy. Fantastic customer service!
