Very impressed with the customer service from the assistant manager Tara. I could not find the item I wanted from any outlet online. I've never heard of Hibbett Sports but when ordering online I found there was a store in Beatrice (closest to me) but still a little over an hour away. The only way to get it in time for Christmas was ship-to-store. I screwed up when ordering with the correct "designated" pick up person. Tara was great and so helpful she confirmed my order arrived with the correct item and helped troubleshoot the pick up person. She then went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me conceal the gift as it would have been a dead giveaway with shape and size. I am absolutely impressed and look forward to making the drive to visit Hibbett sports because the customer service was so great! Tara is a great asset and Hibbett Sports is lucky to have her on their team! Thank you Tara!

Favorite store. Was happy to find out Beatrice had a hibbets when I moved here as the Hastings one was the closest to my old house and it closed. Same great deals and product selection
