Great little residents only Beach. Packed when it is a hot day but go early or late. Or go on the overcast days and you may be the only one.

NY style pizza (thin crust) is very good. Salads are also good. Two locations . Coupons misleading as far as I am concerned. Need to indicate which location the coupon is good at in larger print! Still good place for basic Italian dishes
